Hello, in this video I am going to show you how to detect the tap gesture. So the four tap gestures on top down on top of on top and on top of cancel. Pretty simple. And I'm going to show you how to implement the on top of an extra task only to implement the toy yourself is essentially wrap a regular widget like an image, for example, it could be a button it could be a text, you know with your whatever it is with a tap gesture, and whatever just if you've applied it with the code you apply or you do move it that will get triggered when that gesture is critical that we need to put child. Yeah. Joe, so gesture detector, open brackets, and in there, we need to put this child because this is going to be a child of the images and therefore we'll be able to detect the judges So we can do contact, and we've on tap, we just need to open close brackets.
And what we need to do now is we'll put our code so on standard print, you can do what everyone else is saying, tap. So if I save that, go back to my simulator, or click it tappy tappy tappy tap and tap it. It has now registered all of those taps. And that's it. That's all the refill the tap gesture. Again there is on top down on top of on top and on tap cancel, only to look at implementing on tap down on top of on top cancel.
I'll provide a link so you can get some more information about that. Stay tuned and look forward to the next set of gesture videos. If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message and review. I look forward to seeing you in the next video.
