Hi there, Scott Merrick here and in this quick video, I just want to show you how to cook a couple of pieces of salmon using a sandwich price. And this is a sandwich person I bought recently it's one of the ones that has an adjustable lead to it. And I use my sandwich press all the time particularly to cook fish because it cooks a lot faster because you've got the cooking heat from the bottom on the hot plate and also at the top as well. But you get these nice grill marks as well and it's a lot less washing up and it's a lot cleaner. So I turned my summons press on before and we're going to get the seminar. So just very quickly, a little bit of saves them a summon.

So Just to touch on oil now have a tablespoon or something. Just coca salmon in your oil. Season The other side as well the skin for them. Then I've got my sandwich press is already created. Take our our salmon, put it on to our sizzle cooking Now this will only take about two to three minutes to actually cook so it's a very very quick way of actually cooking fish and I'm using frozen fish that I do frosted in refrigerator. The reason I use that is because I keep my own presentation like my frozen sound pieces in the in the in the freezer and now I just kept them out when I need to supermarket when buying for salmon fillets.

And usually with the prices coming to the factory a lot cheaper to buy and the fresh ones. So that's cooking. And now I also have another set it with some asparagus. I've got some cooked asparagus here which is nice and hot. And I've also got a little sheets taragan butter sauce cooking On the styrene eating on the back stage at the moment, so we're going to have grilled salmon with asparagus and a taragan pasta sauce set up to delicious Don't be that this video to show you how to cook your star of this as well and to make that the target but the source was also called bearnaise sauce. You could also use a lemon, lemon butter sauce or let pass it on another source all in the videos on one side beautiful fish really really quick to prepare so the only thing we obviously have left to do now is talk that way.
