Welcome to meditation, nine day nine. Today we'll be meditating for 13 minutes. please settle into a comfortable seated position the hips higher than the knees, the shoulders over the hips. The chin is level, the spine is as direct as possible. To close the eyes. Like gravity gently tug, flash off the cheekbones.

Forehead is relaxed. It's a beautiful equation like Terry fralick, who says that suffering equals the reality of now times resistance. So in this meditation, what will cultivate is acceptance, acceptance of what is. So the mind tells us that things should be otherwise but things are what they are. So in order to police our suffering, we're going to cultivate acceptance. So inhale acceptance.

Exhale resistance. Inhale acceptance Exhale resistance. Inhale acceptance and exhale resistance. Just continue on your own for the next few minutes. And we'll gently guide our attention back into the room.
