Again, I have taken years of my own experience as a professional dancer and teacher to come up with a series of stretching and toning exercises that will really help you to get the kind of toning and kind of flexibility that you're looking for. Please don't be intimidated by it, you're gonna do great and just give yourself a lot of grace because one thing that's hard today will not be as hard tomorrow will not be as hard in a month. So make sure that you are giving yourself plenty of grades, plenty of opportunity to grow and to strengthen all those muscles, especially if you're a little bit newer to this kind of fitness.
