In this session we will see what is an access key, and we will see how it works. skill is a capability or ability of Alexa. Alexa provides a set of built in skills such as streaming music, and it also allows developers to create new Alexa skills by using Alexa skills. A skill includes both the code and the configuration provided on the developer portal. In simple terms, Alexa is always echo his device in his app, and skill kick is a tool to create own skills.

There are more than thousand third party skills which are developed such as Uber, Fox News, JP Morgan, BBC people, IMDb, Fitbit and many more. Using games and trivia skills, we can create a for trivia or an interactive adventure game. using Flash briefing skills, we can create a skill which provides latest news headlines, weather updates, and more. Whatever customers are.

Using good skill, we can create skills, which will entertain kids or teach kids, you can build skills that engage young minds. using video skills, we can find and consume video content without invoking a specific skill. Using a social Ecosport skills, we can optimize your voice experience for the display and video interfaces on echo show and Ecosport Using skills for the workplace, we can build skills that help your customers get more done at work. using custom skills, we can create custom interaction models and enable customers to call an Uber order visa, lookup information and more. Your user will ask a question to Alexa by using Amazon Echo or mobile application. Alexa, then identify skills from invocation name and send a request over skill, which will perform an operation that we have developed in the endpoint. Our endpoint will generate a response which may include plaintext SSL card or a dialogue. Alexa uses this response to play and show a response to the device. Based on response user made Ask any other question are we response? Alexa will obtain slots from utterance and send it to the endpoint, which will again generate response and cycle will continue to use our or our skill and the conversation.

Here is an example how the user will interact with Alexa skill. The user may say Alexa asked daily horoscopes. What the horoscope is, for libera hear the term Alexa is wake word. It wakes up the device and tells it that the user wants to talk to Alexa. By default, Alexa is weak word but the user can change it to Amazon computer or eco. After weak word, user must need to use starting phrase.

It will specify the type of request here as a starting a freeze. Along with the user can also use lunch or Fun, play run starts, trial etc. Next is invocation name. Every Alexa skills as unique invocation name using which we can our user can interact with our scheme. Here daily horoscope is an invocation name. Next is utterance.

The utterance is original input from the user to overscale. It may contain slots. In user may say what the horoscope is for Libra, the Libra is a slot.
