I've never used the Epsom salts myself for that part via the last flush at the end. The last day I've always used the prune juice my systems too sensitive for like that Epsom salts would have me in diarrhea on the can for hours, right? So for me, the prune juice works just fine. so on. So what's gonna happen how this cleanse goes? You're gonna eat kimchi every day.

So I would recommend having kitschy for breakfast starting your day off that way. You've done your GI your GI and your milk in the morning. And then you are having your kitchen ready for breakfast. And then we're going to make a salad that's gonna cleanse the liver and the gallbladder. It's gonna be very gentle. cleansing.

And again, you can augment in order to make the cleanse more intense by using herbs and there's also a more intense flush that you can do with with these vegetables and, and oil and, and lemon juice stuff, but we're gonna keep it kind of easy for the first time, right? So you do your four days where you're just eating your non fat food after you have your GI in the morning and your kit Sheree and you're going to have a big salad and you're going to have this salad and you're going to eat an apple a day. And on the fourth and you're going to do that for four days. That evening you're going to have a lock sort of of some sort, okay, because you want what's been happening for those four days is all that gay going in is going into your tissues, particularly into your fat tissues, it's going to replace the fat that's in the fat tissues and get all the gunk that's in there into the GI tract so it can be eliminated from the body.

So on the fourth day, you really have to get a have a good bowel movement, the GI is going to go into the fat cells and basically replace so you're replacing fat cells with toxins with fat that is clean and a healing for the body right. And so the then the limp is going to pick your lymph system is going to pick up those toxins that are in the fat cells in your body and bring it into the GI tract to be eliminated from your system through your bounce and urine and sweat. Right. So that's why if if during those four days you can get have a steam sauna. That's that's a really wonderful thing to do. I've gone and done a hot class just been really easy with myself and not push myself during the class but gotten a good sweat.

That's another way that you can get rid of gunk in the body. Okay, and lead it and it's very important the three days leading up to your cleanse and the three days after the cleanse. So hopefully, you're already starting to clean up your diet so there's not as much sugar not as much processed foods. Definitely want to get rid of any of that kind of stuff on at least on the three days leading up. If you feel like you are particularly gummed up. You feel you have a lot of the symptoms of stagnation that are in the handouts.

So you are In the morning, do you feel sluggish, maybe feel. I know I've gotten this way before where I've just eaten, especially around Christmas time on eat knee or you're visiting and at some point I just feel gross is feel like I can't have another bite of anything. If you're getting occasional headaches, especially in the morning and they go away quickly, that can be a sign of that your lymph system is clogged up. sore feet in the morning, again, this is all of these tenderness and morning aches and pains when you sleep, your lymph is not moving around so much. And your blood flow is kind of slowed down, right. So all those stuff that's in the limp that's not being able to be removed from the system.

Those toxins are just starting to accumulate in places. And then we get up in the morning. Oh, everything's kind of stiff and once we start moving around a bit starts to feel better. So that's a symptom. Those aches and pains that get better. As we move in the morning, it's a real symptom that the lymph is congested and you need to clean the limp, fatigue, mental fogginess.

So that brain fog, there's limp that is in our brain. They found it about nine probably a year ago now. And it goes right down that center pathway, like the Mohawk, you know. And then and then yoga and Ayurveda, that central line down the head has always been very important in terms of balance and bringing a system to balance well that when you work on those points and those lines in the head, you're directly impacting the lymph in the brain. So there's a particular some of the herbs that we would use brought Brain is life spas dr. john Julliard site and he has very good quality herbs and that he uses and oils and lots of great information from the brain is specific for cleaning out the lymph in the brain. So if you have brain frog, this would be something to invest in if you want to target that symptom, but in general, you want to clean out the whole lymphatic system and so there are other herbs that will do that.

Our men just name cleavers combo is one that's more of a Western combination of herbs. You don't want to get just cleavers because it's too heating. They'll cause inflammation. So the combo has another herb in it that is cooling. So you want to you want to if Do you want to have some things to support yourself? These are some, they're all in your notes and you can choose one or two to do that.

But the food alone will be cleansing and the salad that we're making is specifically going to target that. Of course, any kind of skin issues is a symptom that you're starting to get clogged up and stagnant. Of course, if he gets sick, repeatedly repeated colds that can be a sign. cellulite is stagnant limp. So I had a wonderful again another wonderful year Vedic massage with Sherry. Last weekend.

I had two massages, I had one on Saturday and one on Sunday and man did that ever move stuff around. So the Ayurvedic massage is designed specifically to get the Moving. So if you had the desire and the money to go and get an Ayurvedic massage was Sherry during your sometime during the four days that you would benefit greatly. It's a It's a lovely, lovely, lovely experience. Sherry has fabulous hands. And the stimulation to your limp flow is amazing.

I felt like I lost half my ass. Like she's just rough. She just rubbed it out. And then I'll just say this long before we eat, but I had like three bowel movements on the Monday and like it kept going a couple days. So my body really got rid of some junk. And their oils are infused with essential oils designed to kind of stimulate break things up, get things moving, and calm your whole system to so you're really really in a healing state because healing does not happen when your mind is going a million miles an hour.

It just does not happen there. So you have to bring yourself to a place of real calm stillness. And that's what bodywork can do for us so, Sherry's important Stan Lee, no, those are two other ones you can try this one I just made that yesterday. So um, I generally would do the salad at lunch because your digestion stronger and I want something warm in the morning. Even if we're starting to warm up going toward spring and summer. It's still cool in the morning.

So I will sometimes still do a hot brothy suit all through the summer if it's cool. If I'm getting up at five o'clock in the morning, it's still kind of cool, man. So hot. brothy soup is just trying. So I put so this is a me so apple cider vinegar. I am going to put a bit Honey in here, and generally we're not going towards sweet because we don't want to burn sugar, right?

But honey is one of the best sweetener for Kapha for for liquefying coffee, so and without it, I just don't find it. I can manage it. So if you can manage without honey and you want to do it without honey, go for it. But I'm putting honey in not maple syrup. Not maple syrup. No maple syrup is cooling.

So it's wonderful. If you're inflamed, it's a good sweetener that way, but it's the honey is what's gonna help liquefy any coffee and I wouldn't have a lot of this during my, you're just gonna have a little bit on your vegetables. Orange juice. So I've got half a cup of orange juice and I'm going Put like three tablespoons of me. So I made this up already. Now I'm just making more so we have enough.

It doesn't have to be exact. So when I say three tablespoons, I'm just guessing that's a big tablespoon. Whoops that's not so big. There we go again. Okay, so there's my me. So I've got my orange juice in there.

I've got some honey in there. I'm going to need so I've got sweet in there. Right. sweet, salty. And another sweet and orange juice a bit sour. So what else do I need in here?

I've got salty, sweet. Dessert pungent. Yeah. pungent and stringent. Yeah, so the astringent is actually going to be the the salad. Yep.

But I could put parsley in here, right? So I think I want about I'm trying to measure this for you guys. So this is a eighth of a cup and we might add to that. Okay, is there anything else we need in there I put a little squirt of mustard and a little squirt of hot sauce. Don't have to have a lot to have feel more balance when you use it. Okay, so that's good.

And then I'm just going to blend it in like NutriBullet here because the miso will get blended a lot easier. And then I'll give it a taste. See what it needs. There's ginger in here too. I put ginger in the last bit that I made and it really needs it. If you tend to swell in the spring black pepper, you definitely want to use black pepper.

I wouldn't use too much as you because you're dry, right? So the more dry you are, the less you want to go towards black pepper. That's pretty tasty. Sometimes I don't tend to drink orange juice. So sometimes I'll just buy the frozen frozen orange juice and concentrate and use a bit of the concentrate and some water. Okay, that should be good.

So how does our limbs again so how does our limbs get all clogged up in the first place? And what is the limb of do anyway so the lymph is the first thing that gets cleansed in IR VEDA because you don't go cleaning out a liver or gallbladder if you've got a clogged up lymph system because the lymph is what carries nutrients and nutrition to cells, it also takes toxins away. So if it's already stagnant, it's not flowing and it lines your whole intestinal tract is everywhere in your body. It's the highway, your nutrition highway. So what happens is, as you digest things in your large into small and large intestine, the limp sits on the outside of the intestinal tract and it will absorb any toxins or things that can't be used by the body and take them into further down into the GI tract so it can be eliminated from the body or or bring it back in through the liver so the liver can cleanse the blood that the limb So the blood system and the limb for right side by side when the lymph gets clogged up, it can no it's still it's still circulating, but it's it's like having dirty oil in your car right then everything starts not to work very well.

And, along with stagnant little system comes stagnant bile. So bio sits in our gallbladder, about an ounce and a half of it. And it's stored there in the gallbladder and it's green. And it's nasty, nasty stuff, and it's full of enzymes and things to break down our food and digest our food. The livers always putting a little bit of bile into the stomach, and the acid in the stomach is dealing with that bile and then when we go to eat That stimulated the doctor stimulated so that more bile goes into her stomach to digest the food. If the lymph is congested and the bile gets recirculated almost seven times in the body, so if the bile can't get cleaned out from because the lymph system is too stagnant, then you're recirculating those toxins in your system up to seven times.

So each time it gets recirculated, oh, it just gets more and more clogged up right? until you see people like my friend who's mucousy He's always mucousy always blowing his nose right stuffed up, that's a sign that that things need a good cleaning out. It can be also a sign of real access weakness and Vata so you have to look at the person and know the difference, right. So some, some people who are just really weakened their immune system They're going to get sick repeatedly. Other people, you'll know the difference because one person will look weak, the other person will won't be just full of congestion and swelling and symptoms like that. So, if you have a limp system that's clogged up and you cleanse a liver, you're just going to put a whole bunch of toxins and junk from your liver into a lymph system that's already struggling.

And this is why the digestive system will shut down the production of acid because if you are putting acid into a gut where the lining can't protect it, the gut any more than the gut will say, well, it's way too hot in here where I really you know, burn in the hole in my gut, stop the asset. So that's a low acid situation that usually happens after High acid situation but the problem is this unhealthy bacterial lining in the gut right? So along with what you're going to do with your kitchen in the morning, your GI first thing your kitchen every one big salad a day, this salad that's aimed at cleaning helping to clean out the liver and the gallbladder but very, very gently right? So we're not going to do a big flush and unleash the apocalypse into our system and then have all of these negative symptoms so if you start to feel like you're getting a cold, if you start to feel nauseous, if you get headaches if you break out, all of those are signs that you're going too fast in the cleanse.

So whenever I do the herbs it with this cleanse, I always have to back off I always have to do less than what is recommended because I'm sensitive my system sensitive, and I'm going to have, I'm going to it's going to work too quickly for me. So every cleanse is different, you're going to have to see how you feel. And you're going to have to adjust accordingly. So if you feel like you're cleansing too fast, you stay at the same level of gi you don't increase the GI. If you feel like you're cleansing too fast, and if you're taking any herbs, you back off the herbs, you maybe don't even take them for a day. The four day portion of the cleanse, you can do that for one day, three days, four days, seven days.

10 Days is the max though you don't go more than 10 days on this cleanse ever. And you still need those three days leading up where you're eating very clean food, right. No junk in the diet. And then you need those same three days on the end so you're not going back to eating heavy heavy meals. Now you can have meat on this cleanse. So there's three types you can do the three in the morning salad and then have a protein source.

I've made some eggs. I always keep boiled eggs on hand when I'm doing the cleanse because if my blood sugar starts to drop, or I'm in between clients for Thai massage, and I feel like I need something that's really easy to do, right? You can have a chicken breast without the skin. And if you feel like you're just desperate for some flavor, some fat then have something it's not like the cleanse will be no good. It's just that you're going to slow down your fat burning process. You can tell if you take your finger and press your thumb here.

So you want to look at how, how is how much does that bounce back to me? And how much does it leave an imprint where it's just kind of stay, the more that there's an imprint that stays, the weaker the person is. So they just don't have that bounce back, right? So the tissue has gotten a little soft, it needs some rejuvenation. So in that case, you don't want to do anything too extreme. It's just not going to God, it's just not going to be helpful to the system.

So all we have here, organic celery, if you can't get organic celery don't do don't do celery at all. It's not worth it. Anything that has a lot of water. So the herbicides and pesticides right in the cells. So that's why we in the Dirty Dozen, the vegetables and fruits that are really high in chemicals when they test them, it's all those vegetables that absorb water, you know observe a lot of water so apples absorb a lot of water plus they spray them like crazy before they harvest them. So you really want to do organic here.

So we've got organic beets, organic celery and organic apples. And this is a little bit of a pain to cut these apples. Yeah, organic. Yeah. So what happens here is the beets are a great liver cleanser, of course. And celery is a great disperser you know how you bite into celery and you get that kind of that you know that things that do that vegetables that do that are dispersing, dispersing so they'll they'll First gunk out of joints, right?

An apple, it's just gonna scrub your system. I never pour apples I just cut around them. And let me move that so people can see not that it's rocket science, but this is the way I found to be easiest for me this way and I'm just gonna make some matchsticks here. If you eat this way, you can't you have to lose weight because you're just not giving your body any. If you have sugar, your body is going to use that because it's that's the form that all you know your body needs the glucose it's going to break it down into glucose, but when you're Using fat instead it takes a lot longer for the body to metabolize it lasts a lot longer. So you start to really feel you don't have those highs and lows it makes such a big difference in your emotional state as well because you're not getting the body's not getting into this stressed state from being in being on a sugar train.

Almost put myself into a coma once eating shortbread breaths when I was we've all been there when I was in my throes of my sugar addiction. Okay, so why won't we be good? for a while. Amazing, but nothing. That was just such a Oh I was laying on the floor thinking I'm gonna die. Okay, so I'm just gonna mix this all together with a dressing and then people can add some more if they want.

So you can make a big batch of this it's going to keep in the fridge. I don't know the apples will keep with the dressing on them for a while. I tend to add the apples before I eat mostly meat is that right? There's a lot of beets in here. You can do it however you want. I had three stalks of celery left and I had more beets and so this is how it got made.

But if you want more celery, add more celery, more Apple add more apple. So you got probiotics here. Got your miso and your apple cider vinegar. And then I would suggest getting a probiotic supplement. We can all probably use a dose of that and get a good one. So you want to go to someplace like Lynn DS, you don't have to, or you can certainly do the cleanse without it.

But while your gut is getting a little bit of repair and help you might as well I think, given a little hand so that'll be your, your salad that you can have once or twice a day. You can have a small amount, it doesn't have to be a big amount. You can add this on the side to your bigger cabbage salad that we've been doing. But just make sure you have a little bit every day and that dressing is a good one. Good one to do and your probiotic supplement you can just take with your food the solid is your liver gallbladder, cleanse your limp support is going to be either something like your cleavers combo ready route is another tincture that you can buy that will will help out man just is common or that's used in your VEDA. So you want something that's going to help clean out that limp.

So I'd recommend getting something like that. So if you want to order from life stop spy your probiotics something for the limp, and then a dandy lion or, or turmeric extract is also helpful if you have inflammation. So I would say probably most of us have some amount of inflammation. So I would say go for some dandelion, and then I've ordered three herbs that should have been in by now. They're I yesterday for they're stuck at the border. So I've ordered licorice root, slippery elm and marshmallow and those three are really wonderful.

Combination for healing the intestinal trap. So it's a very gentle way to heal the digestive tract. The other thing that you could take is triple A. and triple A is three fruits in your VEDA. It's all malarkey. Harper Taki and Bibi Taki have cute names for things. And those three fruits together are gonna clean out your large and I take about a teaspoon or half a teaspoon and put it in some water and drink it.

Now it's bitter, you're gonna really taste it. But that's something that will really clean out your intestinal tract. I would not recommend triple A for you right now. is a little too harsh. And the other thing that's very, very helpful if you want to do it is coffee enemas. So I don't recommend a lot Have that because you really need to know about the individual person and what they've got going on.

But probably most of us here could do a coffee on them and be quite fine. That's a whole other thing. If you want to get into it, I'd recommend for your first if this is your first cleanse, just kind of go easy. Do a four day one, and get your feet wet. You're just gonna boil the water and then put the root in and let it soak for like 10 minutes and then strain it. And then you can heat that up again, just and yeah, either.

Yeah, so you can buy them in teabags if you want to get started. If you want to wait until the herbs that I've ordered come in, I've ordered enough for everybody. I can divide them up. I think it's going to be somewhere between 12 or $15 and you get a batch of them. And it's a good combination to have on hand anytime you think you've stretched your gutter though. Like if I had that on hand.

I would have done that this morning. After that pizza cheesecake extravaganza last night, so the slippery elm goes in and coats the mucosa. So the mucous membranes in your intestinal tract, they can it can get cut to can get eaten away the Ville I can get all gunked up the marshmallow root goes in and kind of calms things down you think a marshmallow fluffy or soft trying to calm things down slippery elm trying to move things through and coat anything that's inflamed, right and then you have your licorice root, which is also kind of a healing but it stimulates function a little bit so that you don't want things so smooth and calm down that you don't have good peristyle Take action right so you have those three things together. You've got a really nice, very gentle way to start to heal the gut. Of course, I'm using chicken broth, usually with the three knots, another healer for the gut, and you're going to pick one so there's you're not going to do all of these things together.

Just pick one pick one limp, detox her. your digestive aid can be as simple this is very, very easy. You just go in to slice up some ginger. And then I would I would do a whole bunch of these rounds and then put them in a jar. Bring our lemon. Now of course, we're going to squeeze lemon on everything we can.

There should probably be been a lemon On this for sure. And then you're just going to squeeze some salt and some lemon juice on this. So if I were to make a little batch of it just with what I have here, and this you're going to have a little piece or two before you eat and it's going to aid in digestion. Now if this bothers your stomach, then you're going to do one of the other remedies for for digestion and even something as simple as a bit of ginger in some water. Drink that a little bit before your meal gingers a digest. There's a remedy down there that has sesame seeds and and ginger powder and a few other things.

You can make that but you can make it really simple on yourself and just throw some some ginger in there. So And a bit of salt, right? So I'm just gonna on that just a little pinch and I keep that in the fridge and have one before before my at least before my lunch meal, my heavier meal, dinner is probably going to be for me a soup. And if I've had a lot of clients during the day, I'm probably going to have a protein source with that maybe some chicken or an egg or something like that. I might need that. If I'm not busy if I picked some days where I don't have many clients and I feel I can go all vegetarian, I'm going to do that.

It was going to be a bit more effective of cleaning, cleaning things out. But definitely the main thing is that you have to keep your blood sugar stable. So if you feel like you're starting to crash, you better carry stuff with you. If you're working away from the home or away from where you can't get to food quickly. So carry an apple with you carry some eggs with you make sure you eat enough like don't don't think you have to manage calories on this at all Eat, eat till you feel full enough and catcher is kind of like Chinese food where you can eat a bunch of it. I usually eat more than I think I'm going to and and it's digest so easily that you're not going to feel real heavy in for be be aware that you also need to drink the water.

So if you're not drinking, you're half your body weight in ounces every day your lymph is going to get stagnant. You know, my friend who wants to lose weight, who's very mucousy who drinks hardly drinks any water right? You can see how it's just everything's gonna slow down and be stuck if you really want to Get some weight loss going during your cleanse the sipping hot water is fabulous. So that's one of our weight loss strategies, I use one of these kind of containers, it'll squirt out just a little bit of hot water. And I warm up to the thermos first and then put the hot water in so it stays really hot. And it's just the tiniest of sips.

It's not a gulp. It's not a mouthful. It's one little tiny sip and you do that. If you can do it every 15 minutes throughout the day, that's good at once every half hour, how much you can manage. If you do it one day of your cleanse, that's okay, so we're not looking for perfect here. We're looking for the experience of trying different things and seeing how they affect us right.

So that is a really very, very effective way to clean the limb file. It will Start to hydrate the cells just kind of starts to seep in that little bit of water all the time. And then it will make the water that you drink your other half your body weight in ounces, make your water your body hold on to it more rather than peeing it out. So you're doing your water all day. And then we get into our self massage. So I would highly recommend and all your Vedic massage was Sherry.

I'm training training with Sherry. I'll be offering it but it won't be for a while down the road yet, but you can also do a variation of that on yourself because Shana is Sherry would be able to talk more about this but it's a form of dry brush, massage where you're exfoliating but you're also really stimulating the limp getting getting it flowing. And you use these gloves that are kind of doubly both soft and you Really get the circulation going and get the blood coming to the surface. And you can do that yourself having these gloves and then using in oiling your body afterwards. And you can use particular oils, there's lymphatic oil that you can order from life spa, Sherry makes lovely oils that I'm going to be using with some essential oils in them already. That's a nice blend.

So yeah, I mean you can kind of go with how you feel you learn about a particular combination that you like, but generally we're using sesame oil and you want something that's a little something that's going to disperse and calm and get things moving. So kind of those three things in your in your oil, so I do have some lympha this cleanse that I'm going to do I'm going to focus on the lymphatic system for myself. So I have some lymphatic herbs and I have some lymphatic oil. And then I'm going to go get another, your Vedic massage from Sherry during that time so that I can really get some stuff moving. You really want to make sure that the day that you do the laxative that the following day you've got nothing to do. Okay?

Because you may overshoot the prune juice may work really well. The prune juice may not work for you, you may have to take a dose of the Epsom salts right and then you've already taken prune juice now Epson salt, so don't go with the two teaspoons to start, go with the smaller dose and just see how your system responds. So you really don't want to have anything to do because you may be on the can for a while in the morning. You may have to get up in the middle of the night and go err on the side of caution. With the laxative, and with all the herbs don't overdo it. You want to take an Epsom salts bath, we talked a little bit about the amounts you want to choose a week where you're not going to be too running around or too stressed out.

Or maybe you do your four days over the weekend. You know you started Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, do your laxative have your Sunday where you can stay near the can if you need to. And just and just rest. So you don't want to plan a whole bunch of social things to do have your stuff in your fridge so you don't have to go grocery shopping. Try to really plan it so you can have as much of a break and rest and it kind of a spa day, give yourself a facial, you know do all those kinds of things. You know, give yourself a pedicure, all those kinds of taking care of me stuff you want to do during this time.

If emotions and stuff come out, up, you just want to experience it fully as much as you can in the moment, and the more that you really fully feel that feeling, the more it's going to start to dissipate. You don't have to go telling your story yourself a story about it, or making stuff up or dragging it on. Just just spend some time with whatever comes up and journal is great. So all of those strategies are self care. It's a good opportunity to practice those depends how fast it's gonna work for you. Right?

Like usually the orange juice I know for me, I take that in the evening. I'm going to sleep during the night and I'm going to have a good evacuation in the morning. Someone else that may not work for Have them you know, you might you might be up in the middle of the night. So I can't tell you, I don't know, you're gonna have to see how it works for you. Be prepared to take another dose in the morning and then you'll be gone later in the day, right? So if you don't have anything happen in the morning, you're going to take some Yeah, so either another print juice.

If you're if you're got feels like it's a bit raw in there, I'd be I'd be careful with the Epsom salts, it's a bit sharp. So I probably do more prune juice. So and you can see here there's three versions, nourish, rejuvenate, and and transform and the transform is your hardcore cleanse where you're doing all the herbs and you're just eating kittery the rejuvenate you're eating kittery and some vegetables, probably a soup and salad during the day. You're nourished. Got some more protein source in there. So if your blood sugar levels tend to go up and down, you feel like you have to eat or you're going to crash.

Definitely stay on the nourish one. And I might do that myself this time, even though I want to get a good cleaning out. I have to see how I how I do and it'll depend on my work schedule too. So I would say for most of you, you're going to do the nourish, you're going to stay there. Unless you've done this before you feel confident. Maybe you try one day where you just do all Khatri and you think, Oh, I can do this for another day.

I feel good. So we'll do the kittery on your salad. That would be we've talked about gi before and how much it heals the gut and intestinal tract. So while you're doing your own only ation in the morning with the gate, you're helping your gut start to repair itself. So you do want to take some time. During the day, I would say you want to journal just a little bit, get a bit of movement, it's really important in the morning to move, because your limp has become stagnant at night when you're sleeping.

So you really have to do a little bit of something even if it's just one Sun Salutation. And my son salutation in the morning does not look pretty. Let me tell you, I'm much much different than worrying that I am, you know, later in the day or in the evening. But that's the best time for me to just even do one of them to get things going. Right. So do a little something in the morning when and then you're going to have your ghee.

If you're used to do in the lemon water, that's a wonderful thing to do on the cleanse, just do it away from the dairy because it's gonna if you have any kind of milk cows milk or almond milk, and then you do lemon, close to that you're gonna it's gonna create In your stomach, so it's not going to be good. If you can get out nature, that's great. Elizabeth is going to show me where I can go. Just super. And then organic, organic, organic as much as you can. You can try these other salad dressings.

And let's see how our catcher is tasting. Okay, so there any questions? Is it kind of clear as mud? We did this actually in yoga the other night because it's some five Tibetan rites that are really profound for your lymphatic. So you pound your heels on the ground, okay, preferably outdoors, and it but you, it's like you're related hell on the earth with your heels. Okay, it's a vibration of the legs, because there's a big energy portal per se at the back of the ankle for the limp Pay for Laura stagnation.

There's a thing called monkey breath and you draw the elbows down. You pinch your fingers in your palms and then you exhale, you flatten your palms and extend the mudras. Okay, so that's your big, okay, loud exhalation detoxifies that you really feel it. Okay, um, lips slapping, you know they call it. So the and then coughing, okay? And then you can do your Darshan right after your, your violation.

Okay, that's great cherries that that negotiation is that dry brush. Yeah, you can use a dry brush to or lympha sponge. So if you have one of those, but really, the gloves are so much better and the way you can do the massage. Yeah, yeah, it's much better. So that's great. So you're gonna bang your heels on the ground to get the loan moving up the ladder.

Okay, and then it's a elbows, almost inhale and then yeah. And then exhale as you and really flatten the palms of the hand. And then there's the cupping all the legs and the arms and the swinging of the arms. Right? That's it. So let's get the lymph moving.

So you could do that in the morning in five minutes and get things going. Right and then if you want to had your dry massage, and your oil that that's that's a perfect little routine. Great. dresses the inner body. Yeah. And Morgan's.

The other thing is you're with a breath that's been high up in the chest, and we're going to do some breath work next time. But if the breath is the rib cage is being held and it's being stopped knocked up all day, which most people are doing the stomach and the liver can kind of attach to the diaphragm. And over time, it can even pull a piece of the stomach up through the diaphragm, which is called hiatal hernia, very, very painful. So you can take your fist kind of like this and just go in in a clockwise direction and you're pulling your diaphragm down a little bit, you're massaging the liver, you can kind of go in a circular motion all the way around your abdomen. And that's going to help stimulate your bile ducts. So sometimes when I'm when someone's really clogged up their bile ducts really clogged up in their gallbladder, I can feel it.

It'll be a little hard little Little hard line there, where the and sometimes the spot will be tender If a person's a little bit clogged up, so that's another way you know, if you're Tommy's tender in there, you're probably pretty clogged up. So, so that you can do in bed even before you get out of bed in the morning and that can stimulate a bowel movement. as well. Sometimes kitchen tree will have a constipating effect on people. If you start to feel like you're getting constipated from the kitchen tree, I do one of two things. I'll make it with brown rice, which is harder to on the digestion doesn't give your digestion as much as a rest.

But I don't like to be constipated. So I will do that. Or I'll also sometimes make it with quinoa. So those are some options to you if you're having a nice big salad and then you're eating out Vegetables and again, your vegetables can have any fat on them. So they're going to be steamed or, you know, it's it really, for me it's quite a bland diet for a few days. But it's only you know, it's only a few days.

This looks perfect. You know, it's not bad for not having fat in it, you know. And, and that's fairly tasty. Yeah, I think I can manage. Mm hmm. If your gut is really raw, or it's had, say, God forbid, you've been sick and you've had antibiotics that that's going to have done a number on your gut, right?

I would say go with the white rice do the white rice if you can, just because it's much, much easier on the stomach, brown rice, if you have an irritated gut, it can just irritate it more. So it'll be a little tiny Tears in the intestinal tract and little bit of bleeding. You know, if you ever have blood in your stool, you know that you've got a very irritated intestinal tract.
