So the self massage then as a follow up on what we just talked about with the shortening and tightening of the PEC. In particular with this exercise, we're looking at the getting the tennis ball right here or this little trifecta. We talked about pec major tissue going across this way. And then pec minor is coming down through this way. So even if you free up pec major on top, which would, which is what you might get in a typical massage, but what I'm looking at my practice is how can we get this pec minor tissue that's running deep down in through here, little word of warning, we do have nerves and blood supply running underneath pec major and minor. So keeping an eye out for that you're not putting too much pressure, you want to get tension release, but you're not trying to destroy anything.
In through here, you're feeling for that losing tissue. That's also why it's important that you follow the instructions in the video. Don't try and do too much too soon. And just see if you can feel and start to get that sense of relief through there. Stretching is great. But there you could argue there is a limitation with that, when we're doing the self massage stuff, you're releasing the tension within the tissue.
And you're getting a little bit more of a pin and stretch as far as the factual system is concerned. The shoulder positioning so so enjoy the massage and go see you for the next exercise.
