Final exercise then mobility now this is the same as the mobility if you did the first series of the arm rotation, again, what I like about the arm rotation so much is now you're getting in good stretch in through all this pec tissue, you're incorporating it in with the relationship with what's going on with the muscle tissue in the back, the muscle tissue in the front. In the video itself, you are lying down, I'm laying down on the beach. But if you don't have a beach while you're in a busy office, then it's okay to do the shoulder rotations, but you're thinking about the relationship between the back and the front. And how this is unifying the two of them as a whole. But if you can do the full arm what I would call windmills in through the exercises because you're getting a nice stretch.

You're also strengthening in some ways You're getting the brain connecting all this stuff that you've been working on over the last little while to really enjoy your rotations and I'll see you at the end of the course.
