In this video, I would like to introduce you different breath things that we'll be using in this course, we will be focusing on three different breaths. So the first one is continuous breathing, you will see that in plotters, actually we use our breath a lot. And it's one of the principles of lattice as well. Because breathing helps you to facilitate the movement. And when you use your breath, actually, you bring your mind to your body together so you're more concentrating on the exercise. And also it gives you an indication when you do the movement.
So let's start with the continuous breath thing. Okay. So what I mean by continuous breathing is that you just basically breath in and out in an out So very simple. So, in the flow of the moment actually we will see that we will be using our breath continuous because the move keeps going on so we keep our breath as well together with the move. And the second breath thing is breath. This actually we will use maybe one or two different exercises but it's good to know so sniff exercise a breathy means that you are the speed of your breath thing is relatively faster than the continuous breath thing okay.
So just let me show you. So here you are, like sniffing it, just give it a try. And you will see that it is more dynamic. There is more, let's say effort involved in this briefing. And last one is a deep breath. So this I usually use it at the beginning and end At the end of my Platinum courses, because it gives you a feeling of like achievement or getting ready, you know, deep, deep, deep breaths is very good.
Also for your lungs, you get a lot of oxygen in your lungs. So it's, it's essential, I think it's the part of glyphosate as well. So just to give you an example of depressing just I also would like to use my arms. So I take the prep. So you see how the bread is going together with the move. So when I take a deep breath, I allow my arms to go together with my breath.

So actually, when I breath, I can focus and concentrate more On what I am doing, because you will see the exercises we will be doing. We have to synchronize everything together. So you have the more, you have the alignment and you have the breath.
So when you use your breath, you can be more cautious about the move that you are doing. So it's a great way to put everything together. So just practice these different breaths but just don't worry about it. We will be practicing more during the exercises.
