Let's say you have some ties. list three in a row. I'd like to do listings in groups of three. Once you list one, click sell similar and make the needed small changes to the next two listings. You will have different photos and slightly different titles. The template you use will remain the same, but you will edit each small change each time you list.
Group items into bulk or lot listing. Let's say you have five things. Put them in One listing, that saves a tremendous amount of time. So if you have five postcards, it's just one listing with five of them. Make them all part of that same listing, you will get more bang for your buck, as they say when you list this way, and the end price will most likely be higher than if you had many individual listings. You will get rid of more items in one fell swoop and it saves time but just doing one listing.
Find a listing similar to yours and click the have one to sell. Sell now button on their listing page underneath the photos. You can use the same category and perhaps other similar info to but change out the photos and edit the parts that don't apply to your item. This method is sort of like a head start. Once you get going, the listing seems faster to you. I love to do this If I search for an item similar to mine, then find the have one to sell.
Sell now button and off you go. If an item doesn't sell, wait until you have a group of unsold items and relist them all at the same time. This saves time instead of going back each time a listing has ended, group them all together. I also like to make sure that I'm listing things as good till cancelled. That way they they remain listed for a longer amount of time. Doing the repetitive action as a group saves you on valuable time.
Pick a time that works for your schedule like Sunday afternoons, or Wednesday mornings. Put it on your calendar and make it part of your weekly schedule. Pick a day of the week and turn off your phone and get busy listing Sometimes you really can motivate yourself if you plan in advance to make a certain day of the week your listing day or days. Once you see that you are successful, then make a second or third day your listing days, it will get easier with time. And lastly, if your item has a barcode, either type in the number or get a small USB scanner and scan the barcode into the search bar of eBay. Your item will most likely show up in the eBay search area.
Click a similar listing and away you go. It will save time from typing and you'll get the exact matching product in eBay's growing catalog of items with barcodes.
