Hello, welcome to the Six Sigma greenbelt training with go four six sigma.com and now we are in impro face. On the previous video I had you to understand how to create a list of improvements together with people during the workshop and later how to allocate or improvements on impact difficulty matrix. And now it's a time for implementation plan. Implementation Plan is a document that will that will help you to have a comfort to define when the improve phase and so the improve phase and where all actions from the initial mentation plan are done. So basically, we have four main areas on the on the implementation plan is the list of actions. It's a list of training to be delivered as a second part and communicate communication.

So what kind of communication has to be done as part of the implementation plan? And the last part is about the standard operating procedures. So it's about document documenting that the changes in our process. Okay, so let's start with the first part of the first part of implementation plan. Our actions, actions are taken from impact difficulty matrix and you can make the same order in terms of the starting point and how long is that going to be implemented? How long We take and what's very important that on this implementation plan, you will least what is the impact on project objective.

So, if the improvement is implemented, what is the what is the impact the impact low, medium high, you can use those three categories or from or you can use just low high as on the impact difficulty matrix up to you. And the very important part is start and and, and so, what is the date you are going to start implementing this activity and what what is planned ending date. So, what's the moment how long it is plans to be to be to be to be done. And the next part is about who's the owner of the action. So, every action should have like a one owner. Please don't share on There's ownership here.

It's so important that you know, one person know, now it's, I'm responsible for this action this this is my ownership. And in this case, the owner is responsible for giving you update, what's the status of implementation? So the next part of this document is about what is the status is like, not started in progress completed or maybe delayed. So you can you can you can decide, you know, what's the, what is the status of each actions. And Yo, you are a product leader responsible for implementation plan as a whole document. But you are not responsible for every actions to be implemented.

Every action has a process owner, and this is enough to for that process owners to be to be our This is my actual And I'm owner here. Okay, the second part of that implementation plan is about trainings. So if the change of the process and has to be related with that new trainings for for people, so we have a new process after change, and we need to train a certain amount of people in the company, so you need to plan ahead as well. So you need to plan when the training will be delivered will be the trainer who will be the participants. It's on your it's a part of the implementation plan as well. The next part is communication.

So, how you're going to communicate about this, this this change in changes in the process, because usually, with that list of actions that process will change. So how we are going to inform all stakeholders about this Change and the date the change will be implemented. Is it about the good email? Maybe it's about setting a regular meeting to give the update about implementation plan. You are the project leader, you need to decide based on opinion of your stakeholders. What's the best approach here?

Okay, and the last part of the implementation plan is about procedures. Maybe your process was not described before. So it may happen that your process map or your Cyborg, I was really like a first time that any process documentation was prepared. And in this case, it's also like a part of your role to make sure you have a procedure for the process. If the procedure was already in place, your role is to make sure that The procedure is updated. Okay.

And now the question one when you are done when, with the improve phase, what is the moment you can say that Okay, I'm done, I can go to the last phase of the project I can go to the control phase. So the moment that you are okay to complete and close improve face is the moment where every improvement is implemented. So when you look at their list of activities, everything is done. When you look at the trainings to be delivered, that trainings are delivered, so you are done as well in this area. In terms of the communication, the communication is done, and you completed or required tasks here. So the emails you plan to send were sent the meetings so you're supposed to set up our server set up already, so You are done with this part in terms of the procedures it's like a confirmation from the process owner that the procedure and have been created or the procedure has been updated and you are you have a conference, the task is also also done.

Okay. So implementation plan is done. Your improvements are implemented. Training communication procedures done. Now is the moment when you can go to the next phase to the last phase of six sigma project. And the phase is about control.
