When you are dealing with paper, we also have books that we always bring, every time we are doing a paper session. We always bring these because these are the things that we use all the time. So what is it that we use, one of the things that we use all the time is magazine holder, is just a piece of cardboard that looks like this. And then when it's adults, you can use them like this. You can use them like this. And then you can store different kinds of papers.
Sometimes we use this also for other things other than paper because you can still hear things on your bookshelf. They are very inexpensive, very light. And they come in packages like this, and this is just a few dollars eat. So they are very, very handy and we use them a lot. Okay, another thing that we use for papers is sometimes a binder that looks like this. And it's basically like a little filing cabinet but it's like you can have different categories here.
You can write different names that make sense for you and then if you don't have a lot of fakers. This is something that is very handy. And it's something that you can carry with you very easily. Again, very inexpensive tool. Another solution for if you have a desk or for your kitchen is something that looks like this. And then you can have a few cocktails categories here and then we can slide them very easily.
And then again, you can name them as you wish you can color code them. And this is something that you can move around. So if you have a like a home office, and then you work in the kitchen and you like to kind of change your locations, this is something that is very handy. We also use this for families, this is normally leaving in the kitchen and then if the kids come from school, they each have like a section for the homework or for things that they have done. So they put it in there and then everything is organized and you know where to find things. So this is another very convenient thing.
Solution for paper management majority of the time The best solution for paper is having a filing cabinet. Okay? a filing cabinet is an easier way for you to serve papers and to like find things easily if you don't have a filing cabinet. Another great solution is having a banker boxes that they look like this. They are very inexpensive. When you buy them, they don't take a lot of space.
This is how it looks like when you buy them. And then when you assemble them, they become like this. And as you can see, there are different two sizes, legal and letter. The letter size fits like this. And the legal size fits like this. So you can fit both sizes and it's very handy.
And again, this is probably the most inexpensive solution that you can use. When we get started with paper. If you have a filing cabinet or you have a permanent solution what we normally do we remove all the paper from there and then temporary We can start storing things here. And then after we start putting things back in the filing cabinet, just the things that you need. So we cut it all the paper and just put back what you use. If you are trying to like store things that you are not going to use, and you just have to keep them for like seven years or six years, you can use bunkers boxes, and then you can label what you are storing here of the year.
And then that's really helpful because you can move them around, take into storage, and you don't have to worry about then taking space in your filing cabinet. And then another thing that we bring a lot, we bring a lot of these kind of hanging folders are called, again, layer size and letter size. It depends on what kind of filing cabinet you have. You may use one or the other one, but we always bring extras, and then that way we can start and finish the project. Because we don't want we don't want you to have to stop this decision because you don't have enough supplies. So we always recommend if you're doing a paper session, make sure that you have enough If you don't use them, keep the receipt and then you can take things back.
And this is a little overview of paper.
