Okay, we are all the way to the last step. And probably the second most important one is maintaining habits and routines. Think about how long it's been with the situation in your life. So please don't expect to change everything perfectly in one day, because it's not going to happen. It's not like a thing that is going to happen right away. So it's very normal.

If it takes time for you to get settled for you to get used to the new systems, to the new space, to the new change that you have created in your life. It's very normal to like it. Some people say that it takes up to 21 days to create a new habit. And to to break an old one, right? So think about that. You have to give it some time.

You have to like think about what's happening. How are you using the system, think about the steps that you are following thinks about the habits and routines that you have to create now to be able to manage In the new system that you create, think about the frustrations that you may experience. And if you do experience so what can you tweak? What can you change? That's all part of the maintenance, and creating new routines kind of step. So please be aware of those things.

Always go back to the tool that we share with you the 12 questions when you are facing a challenge about an item, think about those goals that you create for yourself. How is this author going to help you get there? And then also, feel free to change and tweak anything that you need? Every time you experience our frustration? Think about why are you feeling that frustration? What's happening?

What are you doing? Is there a state that you can change is the location of an item that isn't convenient for you? What is it and then feel free to change that? Okay? And then always try to schedule in your calendar, even 10 minutes can make a huge difference even if you just set up 10 minutes aside once a month. Just To reflect about these things, just to think, how am I feeling?

How are these changes that I have made for myself are working in my life? Am I happy and frustrated? Is he great? And then always think about that because life also evolves, things may change, and that's normal, you will need to adjust. Your space may need to change again. And this is life.

It's gonna keep happening over and over. So don't be frustrated, always understand why things are happening. always understand your mental health, when you are feeling anxiety, depression, if you are feeling any of those things, just think reflect a little bit and think why am I feeling this way? And maybe you can find the reasons and then you can change those things to make you feel better. So as I was saying, this is a really, really important step because if you don't do this, most likely over time, you will go back to what's familiar to you. If you have done something for years and years, and you have tried your best to change the system but then You skip this piece of maintenance, reflection, and push it through that uncomfortable kind of situation on time, you're going to go back to what you know really what how to do and that's what you used to do before, but what you used to do before wasn't producing the results that you wanted.

So keep that in mind. Always keep your goals in mind. Are you getting closer to your goals? Are you feeling well? And if you are not, what can you do to change that? What can you do?

What kind of system can you change what kind of steps you need to add or remove? Always think about those things. They are very, very important.
