Just like we were able to put text on a different layer here on our video. We can also add video layers on top of other video. So let me show you what I mean. Let's just watch this clip again. It's a nice fall day, my friend Jill are going on a hike. So that's too long to just show me talking, I want to put some video over it.
The video I want to use is this one, I want to put this on top of this, but you can't just move it. That's not the way it works. If you hold it down, it's only going to rearrange on your timeline. So instead, you've got to bring it in to put on a new layer using this layers option. Let's click on that. Again.
You've got this media up at the top. I'm going to click on that and it'll take you back to your media area. So you've got your videos and photos. I'm going to scroll down to my hike album, and then I still have that footage there. Click on it. It's gonna drop into my timeline wherever my playhead was.
And now is put it in a little box on top of my footage. So what I can do is size that to fit the screen. And then let's watch Oh, and I'm going to delete it off the front so I don't want it there anymore. So now let's watch that. It's a nice fall day. I can also from this point, trim, trim that second layer to make it about the same length there.
So you can also bring in pictures this way, I would just come up here, hit that media button photos. And then I would just find whatever photo I want to use, let's just say it's this one. And now I'm just going to size that up. And now I've got a photo also with my video can move it around, but it's on a different layer as well. So it's a really nice option too. Do you need to bring in extra media?
Remember, you've got that there.
