Here we have a curious variety of mustard plant which is growing. The leaves on this are very large. They're very good green bit spicy. And as you see they are they're fairly tall growers. The mustard has that signature yellow flower which later produces the mustard seed. And we've got a lot of bees and pollinators which are attracted to fields like this.
So growing mustard is actually good for the local ecology has you're encouraging these, the presence of these these pollinators but talking about the mustard itself, growing this variety of mustard, if you're considering if you're in Asia, this would be highly desirable for many aspects because if you're just selling Eating and you just want to get the seeds off of this and make the mustard oil. You've got so much green biomass that you can either use it for food, use it to feed livestock, or to turn it under for green manure. You've got a lot of possibilities here with this with this plant stock that you don't normally have with a lot of varieties of mustard. Mustard tends to be a much smaller grower with small leaves like in the case of ludtke mustard. So here we've got a giant variety of a mustard which I would heavily recommend that you look into if you're interested in growing this crop.
And here we'll just do a sweep of the local flowers amidst the background of a poke around Pokhara village
