Having discussed in brief what the project was all about, now, let us see what was the price we set for this project. Now, in Siemens, we had a system where I as a business manager, I used to state what is the number of resources required for what duration for the project. Now, each resource in segments had a level associated, which is to determine what would be the cost that would be charged for the services of that resource. Now, after providing good color, estimating all these values for the level of resources and the amount of duration required, I used to submit the estimation to the CFO office. The CFO office had the formula by which they would determine what would be the cost of the project, adding risk etc, and all other as per the company's requirement. Now, Siemens had our MSA master service agreement with reliance which used to govern the terms and conditions of the contract.
REITs which used to have with them, okay, now, we did have the CFO office determined that the cost of the project would be 60 lakhs and they added a 20% profit on top of that. So they told us to negotiate the project at 72 lakhs for with reliance. Let's see what happened next.
