Thank you. In my humble opinion, I believe and always have that two of the most powerful words in the world are simply Thank you. They are probably two of the most underused words in business as well. reflect on how you feel when someone takes the time to show sincere appreciation for you, or something you've done. If you'd like me, and you feel your efforts mattered, you feel respected and somewhat humbled when someone says thank you. Other people feel the same way too.
We're in appreciation starved society, saying thank you is an instant way to set you apart from the crowd saying thank you can be disarming in negotiations and can also go a long way to successfully handling objections as well. Using Thank you with customer complaints can totally diffuse Potentially hostile situation. Some examples are thank you for pointing out that problem to me. I mean, who says that when someone points a problem out? Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Thank you for your prompt payment.
Thank you for referring me for giving me that all important referral. Thank you also makes you memorable for all the right reasons
