Hi guys, Max Jacobs here and welcome to this lesson called top model. Now, the purpose of this lesson is to commit to a business model. And this will be important because your efforts will be focused with absolute certainty and certainty that everything you do is to grow your business. Ideally, you'll have a simple model to follow with minimal moving parts, by the end of this video, you'll have a simple but effective business model for your ID. But at the moment, as a few common problems out there that I see, and the first is that you've just got a roller coaster of ideas. And you might be going off to one of those ideas.

And you've pretty much you know, you've launched that business, you've started it, but then you think I know, I want to do this thing. I've heard about this thing that I can make more money. I've heard about this other creative idea, or you know this and that and you're going up and down and around and you go into all sorts of different directions. And there's just no, there's no one direction. You just don't have any focused effort. You've, you're going on a roller coaster of ideas and assets.

Second thing is that you've just got no guide, there's no, there's no guide, guiding you forward in the direction that you need to be guided in. And the third thing is that you've just got no model, there's nothing, no model to actually just start from scratch and build a foundation often to grow your business into the head in the right direction. And ultimately, you've just, you've just got no real results, you've just got nothing, nothing working, nothing, nothing that's producing results and putting food on your plate. But at the end of completing this lesson, you're going to gain a number of things. And the first is that you're going to have focused action. And just like just like these, these players here they're playing grid on are just about to launch into action.

Now they're focused, they're about to take heaps of action. They know exactly what it is they're going to do. They've got to run straight forward with as much force as they possibly can. The second thing is that you're going to gain certainty. You're going to, you're going to get guys certainty around exactly what it is that you're doing. It's gonna be like, it's gonna be like the sunrise each morning other sunset, you know, with absolute certainty that the sun will rise and the sun will set.

You also gonna, it's going to be easy to easy to follow, simple to follow, it's going to be as easy as ABC. And at the end of the day, you're going to have the perfect model, the perfect model where you can really be as creative as you want. And it's flexible, but you still going in the right direction. It's now you can, you can throw paint around you can. You can be as creative as you want. Do as many things as you want.

As long as you're within the model, you're still going in the right direction. So let me ask you this, why is this important to you? And everything I've just said, what has been that number one thing that stood out for you, I'd love you to write it down right now. And just remember it as we go through the key principles. So let's go through the key principles. So there's, there's only three key principles for this lesson.

But they're pretty big. They're pretty empty. And the first is that the first is on or off. And the essence of this is to choose whether your business is going to be online or offline. And whether you're going to, you're going to press that switch on or off as an online or offline, maybe it's a mixture of the two, but it's primarily going to be one or the other. So launching and running an online business is much different to, to offline, in terms of it follows the same model.

But there's a lot of different parts that you need to need to get under control. So it's important to make that distinction right now. So you're running an online business, so an offline business. The second principle is give it away. So this is all about giving away some of your best content for free in order to generate leads and submit yourself as a thought leader. If you're running an online business, even if you're running an offline business, you still should have an online base and you should be still giving away some some free content in the form of we've got different marketing campaigns like hooks, challenges, webinars, all these things where you're giving away free stuff to, to build trust, to help people as well, of course to help them get immediate results.

And to pretty much win the chance to talk to them. So as this can also be applied to offline as well. So it could you could hold live face to face events, we speak about something, you know, you run a seminar, you run some sort of like, you know, face to face challenge where you're helping people on the day is, there's a lot of different things you can do. But the bottom line is you want to give away free stuff, you want to give away some of your best content for free because what this will do is it'll it'll it'll, it'll make you become a thought leader. If you if your free stuff better than what your competition selling. Imagine giving away something for free and it's better than what your competition actually sells.

This will automatically make you become an authority and a thought leader in your niche in your field in India. No discipline. So remember, give it away for free. And the third principle is key product. So the essence of this is to stick to one main product, but make it premium. And if it's, it's a service you offer, then make this premium but ensure you specialize and show you, you've got a signature service a signature way of getting people results.

Doing this is going to, you're going to, it's going to be easy to grow a world class product, you want to become the best. So remember, you want to create a key product, the same product, the one product that you offer to everyone, it's the first thing you ever talk to them about. It's always this one product is premium product is this one service that you have doing this is gonna, gonna align is gonna focus your efforts so much more and you're not gonna waste any time it's gonna be all about that one product or service. So that's that's pretty much it. So what I like to do right now is I love to to to share a diagram for you explain a diagram which will just make this seem a bit easier and really, to draw the model for you. So give me a second while I get out the iPad.

So, what we've got here is a two step process. So this is the model that you're gonna be following. So on one side we've got marketing. This This includes so we've got you, we've got your website, got your social media profile, say Facebook. We've got all the different marketing campaigns that You're running as a, as a thing that you've joined your website in your Facebook page too. So you're running this marketing campaign, maybe a hook over here.

You got you got a hook, maybe you're running it a challenge he have you running it webinar, you're just giving away some free content to help build trust, to help people get some instant results. And to pretty much cement you as a thought leader and someone that they can trust and that they know that can can actually help them. So we've got all these different things. And we're progressing towards these to get them into your funnel to get a number to get an email or someone feed something for you to contact. So we're progressing from marketing, which is the first step to sales. So, this is all about it's pretty simple.

It's all about off Just one key product, having a signature product, something that you're known for, or a signature service, or a specialty, key product. So no matter what you do, absolutely everything you're doing in your business is all about pushing people towards your K product or sorry, drawing them in to your K product, doing the marketing, to generate the leads to get people interested. And then and then slowly pulling them in towards your key product, which is what's going to change their life. It's what's going to help get them results in whatever it is that they need help in. So back to the key principles. So that was the that was really to summarize all the key principles, but just to summarize, so the first one, on or off you need to choose whether your business is going to be online or offline.

Second thing is You want to focus on giving away stuff for free this this is what you're going to do is party marketing. This is what it's all about giving away your best content for free in order to get people interested to generate leads and submit yourself as a thought leader. So pretty, pretty easy stuff. And the third principle is the key product. This is what you you draw everyone into boards this is this is the very first thing that you tell them about this is could be a product or service it's a service it's something you specialize in it's it's what you're known for. It's a product yet you see key product, it's that very first thing that that you are you offer.
