Now let's consider the final path. The final path is the rear path, the rear path starts at the top of the head once again, this time we think about the energy going down the spine. So it's very easy to visualize the energy comes down the spine, cervical spine, the thoracic spine into the lumbar spine. Now once it gets into the lower back area, there's a spot just below where your navel is a little bit above you where your waistband would be. And it's called the Ming man points kind of the point where you start to get the biggest portion of the lower lumbar curve. So if you go from either little high or from a little low here, and you start to feel around in your low back region, you're going to feel a spot where everything kind of connects in.
That's our main mind area. And so we're going to think about that energy coming from the top of the head down into that Ming money area. When it gets here it's going to divide out To pass, it's going to go around the side of the hip area. So right in the side here in the gluteal muscles. So if you find the hip bone, and you kind of slide off of that and poke around the little bit, right there, right, you find a spot that's a little bit tender. Okay, that's our one tiao point.
So the one to point to we're going to think about energy going through these spots, and then down the outside of the leg, and down to our downtrend, point, energy releases. So as you picked up by now, everything starts the same spot, everything ends the same spot. It's just how it's moving through the body. On each of these paths, that's a little bit different. Okay, so same visualizations in terms of gathering and releasing energy. It's just we want to be aware of these spots, aware of this path.
