Okay, so in summary, quanti FA is a fantastic Qigong that everyone can benefit from. This is a great way of starting out a practice, whether it be like Tiger players, Marcia kung fu people, karate people, any kind of external martial art yoga. Just going to the gym. It's a very good one just to get things moving in terms of your energy and also to get your mind fixed and focus. And since it's the turn of fire, it's also great to do at the end of practice, right? So maybe you've had a very, very intense workout, maybe doing some kickboxing your energy's really really up, right your heart rates up your, your mind is just and you need to calm down.
Do a couple rounds of crunchy fall and it gets you back to where you need to be nice and centered. So remember, what we want to do is we want to try and feel the smoothest flow of ci, through our body, we want to be aware of the flow of ci through our body.
