Tertiary colors are a combination of the three colors in either of the NYC or the ROI based system. The closest pigments that can come close to perfect primaries is Canadian red, to dynein yellow, French ultra moraine. No matter how we vary the mixture between the three primaries, there will always be a tendency to produce the same reoccurring colors. Green restricted to mix of yellow and blue dye loading with water and altering the ratio of blue to yellow can produce various times. Canadian yellow with a touch of blue will give you a reasonably fresh spring light green, orange from red and yellow ball. From the blue and red green, from Blue, and Yellow, these are known as secondary.
Primary colors do not produce brought secondary colors. This has to do with the color bias. With the exception of three pure primaries, all our pure colors are biased towards adjacent colors on the color wheel.
