So go ahead and take a deep breath and start to relax. And as you begin to relax, I'd like you to imagine yourself being encapsulated into some powerful and brilliantly blue light. If you can see the light or if you're more sensory, feel the light in your body as it protects your spiritual body, your emotional body and your physical body And then allow that blue light to anchor deeply into your subconscious and into the core of your being. And when you feel like that light is integrated and established into your being you can slowly open your eyes and drift back into the conscious world.
