Hey guys, welcome to this lecture, you will now learn how to perform graphical summary on Minitab. This is the average handle time or the HD performance of your team for last 50 days. I have added this data in the resources section of this lecture for you to download and use. Please copy and paste this data in Minitab then choose stat, basic statistics, graphical summary, I repeat, choose stat, basic statistics, graphical summary in variables, enter a PhD and click OK. Here you go. This is the graphical summary of your team's average handle time performance.

The mean HD is 9.2666 95% confidence intervals of eight 2767 and 10.2565 the standard deviation is 3.483 to 95% confidence intervals of 2.9096 and 4.3405. Quite a tongue twister using the significance level of 0.05, the Anderson darling normality test p value which is 0.817. It indicates that the HD data follows a normal distribution.
