So those of you who have made it this far, congratulations. Hopefully, you build a better relationship with your body in a better understanding of how the body moves and the relationship that's going on with the neck and how, in fact, a lot of just your day to day mechanics is the cause of a lot of your pain and how addressing this is not just going to help you now, but it's going to help you 10 2030 even 50 years into the future. Those of you that are read 100 year life, whether to Harvard professors, likely with the geniusness of medical science, we are living longer so I can't express the importance of these videos and mouth and although it seems simple, it's important that you keep to the simplicity because it is so effective. And we do with our with our pointy brains need to think that the solution has to be really complex.

But it doesn't. But suggested application then for these exercise that you've got a chance to experience and play with. And if that's all you do, that's great, you might end up picking this up again in three, four years time when something triggers for you in that way, but suggested for me is you could do the full set every day, you could just do the series for the neck or the series with the shoulder, you're looking at like 20 minutes. If you want to do the full series, amazing. 40 minutes, your body's gonna be feeling pretty great once you've done that. So you can do a full set.

Now that doesn't have to be all at once. You can build these during the day when I work with my clients. I'm trying to get them to build this in because it helps strengthen your awareness and what's going on with the human body. And most of us are stuck behind a computer for a lot of the time. So if you can figure out how to work this into your day, and extend it over a long period of time. And that's going to be great for you.

It's going to help interrupt your poor habits. It's also going to help Unfortunately, positive habits as well, for you. So that's one component that you could do, you could do the full set just once a week, every Monday I'm going to do this series, and maybe think about working it in during the week, you could just choose one exercise a day. I originally created the better pasta program, which is all of this series over six weeks, something different every day. You can just choose one little exercise once a day. Or you can just choose an exercise that felt really good that you were getting most benefit and just focus on that one.

But hopefully through doing this course you would have got a better understanding about the structural improvements as far as that is concerned and how the body is starting to work. So that whenever it's neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, forearms, hips, knees, the body's working in this way. It's a relationship that's going on there. So I really hope that you start to get that idea and concept as you're going through this way.
