Now, first thing we're going to give you what the exercise is going to be about. So whole notes, half notes and quarter notes. All right, next slide. Okay, so here we see it's exercise one, it usually will give you like exercise One, two, exercise 10.
Here, we're giving you an app. So don't worry about which f just find an F on your instrument. That is up to you, preferably one that you can sing. So here I'm going to find myself and so so I could either Oh, maybe I should go to a lower F. Oh, Oh, calm I am going to give you a four beat count in, make sure to tap your foot. So 1234 with your foot, one, two, tap your foot. Now the next slide is going to be titled read.
So this is where you're going to analyze the piece of music that you see. So it's going to be two measures worth of information. Don't worry so much about singing this or playing it like with it or anything like that. Just try and soak in the information and know what's coming. Okay, here I'm going to read for two measures are for eight beats, and then I'm going to prepare to sing F with the singing section. Okay.
