Hi, I'm evany Caldwell with Rei in business society. And today we are going to talk about YouTube to power YouTube creating videos and most importantly, as a real estate investor creature channel. So first I'm going to get started. Whereas you can see this is our YouTube channel, you want to go ahead when you get ready to create your channel. This is already created, unfortunately, but you want to make sure you put a logo and you want to also put your banner up here. But now I want to get to the most important part of talking about YouTube.

Here's number one. uploading videos. I'm going to show you some tricks on uploading videos. How do people find you just by simple keywords. So first, you want to upload your first video in YouTube right? But I want to rewind back song how do you create Your first YouTube channel, youtube is connected to Gmail.

So I know some people have AOL still Yahoo their business, you know, whether is at Johnson realestate.com as their business. However, for the purpose of YouTube, you must have a channel, I'll show you what I mean by that, I go to the right ear. So Rei investment society through reason, I want to go ahead and there's the email address. The reason you have to you must have a Gmail account is because YouTube in Gmail or Google is together. So in order for you to create that YouTube account, just like you created a AdWords account, you must have a Gmail account. So if you don't have one, create that today.

The best way to go ahead and create that is basically make sure that you're using gmail account is not I love jury. Well, because right now, you may love jury but the fact is, this is your real estate investing business. So because this is your real estate investing business, you want to make sure you create it with a real estate investing name. So your Gmail can be something like, I buy real estate@gmail.com. So somebody asked your Gmail account or your Gmail account, okay, so now here we go, we've created the account, you're going to go ahead and go into YouTube automatically is connected, it's going to ask for your password. So you're going to log in.

Now you have to create it, you want to upload your first video, make sure it's public, you don't want an unlisted or private video, I explain the difference between the two private means it's a video that is for you. unlisted Get a link for this particular video. However, once you get this link for this video, maybe is something that you want to show specifically real estate investors that you're doing joint venture partnerships with, you're explaining something for for them. Maybe it's a program or real estate investment program that you have, that you're not trying to make it public. So you don't want it public. But you want people to see this video, you probably say, Well, I could just record it from my phone and send it or I can email.

Yeah, problem is a lot of times those videos, the megabytes is not big enough in your phone or in your email account. So it doesn't allow you to send that so with that being said, you could upload it on something like YouTube, but the whole purpose of really creating it, you a YouTube channel and uploading videos is to what? go public. You want people to see it. So now we're going to go ahead and upload a video, right so there are multiple videos that has already been done. But for the purpose of this one, I will actually go ahead and upload this commercial due diligence video, right?

So even though I haven't already labeled as commercial due diligence, I want to type in something. Why is commercial due diligence, you want to make sure you spell correctly due diligence. Important in real estate investing. Okay. Now remember as public, if you could recall, I said, make sure your Twitter accounts connected to everything. So the Twitter account is connected.

So as my Google Plus account is connected as it is, now let's begin the description. I'm Rob estate Okay, so you notice on here first of all the video is still uploading right? So we it says about five minutes but that is not the case it's not going to be five minutes but anyhow it was still uploading. Commercial, real estate investing one on one real estate, commercial training how to always do how to how to become In a commercial, real estate investor, bingo, we're done. Now you probably going okay, well, we done, I promise you, we're just waiting on this to upload. Once this upload, we're done. And you will actually be able to see the beauty of using YouTube and keywords. A lot of mistakes that I see real estate investors do is they will create a YouTube video, they'll upload and if they create a YouTube video, or they'll create a YouTube video, they upload it and that's it.

No description, no keywords, no nothing. Why are these keywords important is because when someone is typing in a keyword for, um, you know, real estate investors how to become a real estate investor, commercial due diligence, you know what, they'll come up with your site. Now here's something else I could put in due diligence Real Estate due diligence. The reason I'm not using all the keywords the for the title like all the key words from the title is because guess what? The title is a key word. So I just kind of changed it around and put real estate due diligence.

And that's basically what you want to do. One more thing is the name of your company. Rei investment society Treme Oh RREI investment, society training. Why did I do that? Because I want people to know if somebody is typing in Rei investment society, guess what YouTube video pops up. So you see right here it shows 56 seconds.

55 Seconds is countdown. All I'm going to go ahead and do now is show you the video was done. Create a custom thumbnail, the custom thumbnail is going to be based on which image that is found. So you want to create the custom thumbnail a lot of times you know you can turn around and grab a picture. So while this is creating video, the video custom thumbnail that it was going to give because it was all me talking is really going to be strictly just that video. So because I know I have a commercial picture on here I want to go to let's see Rei investment society pitchers.

Once I go to Rei investment society pitchers, the next most important thing to me, is for me to be able to actually so you want to go ahead and Upload your personal thumbnail on to your YouTube. And the way you're going to go ahead and do that is find your video I'm sorry, I find your picture uploaded, if you paid attention the picture actually say and I hope all right, it's a commercial real estate. You want to always basically make sure that your pictures are even named even for you to name your pictures. Now this is our picture. So what happens is when people actually see this particular video instead of them seeing you know my faces Paul's because that's what they will see. The first thing they'll see is a picture to say commercial real estate.

They know exactly what this video is about, even if they don't read. Now one more thing why this is possible. See, I want to go ahead and put on here. Always do this. For every video, you want to make sure you put your website and you want to go ahead and do that at the beginning. You can do it at the end also.

So for this purpose, I'm going to go ahead and copy and paste this and do this at the beginning and at the end, but you want to go ahead and put it there. reason you want to do that is because one of the biggest things that I see a lot when it comes to videos that are posted, I see some awesome videos online on YouTube. I mean, great videos, very educational. But the problem is, what's the purpose of posting all of these videos if no one knows how to find you, if no one knows One link to click on where to locate your business at how to contact you. That's the purpose of YouTube, you will get a lot of business with YouTube, you'll get a lot of leads with YouTube. But if you're a real estate investor and you try to basically focus on your virtual business, you won't be able to do it if you don't have your business market, right.

And the way you're going to market your business, right, is by making sure you have all of the proper keywords in there. What is your business about? Tell me your business real estate investing? type it in there somewhere, right? You want to put that in all of your keywords because there are thousands and thousands let me take them back. There's not thousands there are hundreds of thousands of videos on YouTube.

What make your videos so much more important that people want to do business with you. They want to know how you are getting the business. They want to know why you should be trusted. And the best way for people to trust who you are, is by you being able to utilize and monopolize YouTube correctly. So while this is actually I'm thinking it says 63%. You see, like I said, it's on Twitter right now.

So what I want to do is go ahead and bring up the Twitter account in the meanwhile,
