Let's say that you have a jacket and somebody's coming up and they do Oh, telegraph coming up, that person stays definitely want to set boundaries. So setting boundaries first and being able to communicate with someone about those boundaries like you've been doing it pan up in the air and saying no, is good, but if they get in your face, they do a little paragraph. Here's some things that you can do. So come in. Okay, so he's grabbing, and all I'm doing is I'm taking his thumbs, and I'm pressing in and he lets go. You should try that on yourself first, just so that you feel what it's like.
But basically my phone is behind the others and they my index finger is pressing in on my thumb. So it's on the thumbnail. It's kind of like a C. So that's how I remember it's a C and I also think of like, crab or lobster. Jumping. Okay, so again all right. Excellent.
Good. Yeah, feel good. Another paragraph and let's say this, this whole thing, it's not really working that well. I'm having a tough time getting any fingers. So all I'm going to do is I'm going to secure Like I've been doing before with a chokehold, and then I'm going to take my hand and I'm going to go up in his face because I don't want him to look at it. And then from there taking us down to the ground.
All right. Okay, so basically when it came to the lapel grabs I was showing you where you're doing this see that one, all I want you to do is take the seed that we made right here, put it on Your thumb. So notice right here on the thumb, and I'm pressing in on both sides. It's almost like a vise. So I'm coming in, pressing in. Excellent and yes, that is hurting.
Okay? To Practice this in the mirror, you're going to secure the hands and grab hold of the thumbs, and you're going to press down and out. Alright? 200 practice that 10 times and here sees that I'm down, extend out. I'm down, extend out. There you go.
You got this. Oh, it's in your face, we're going to do is secure and I'm using the heel of my palm. So if you were doing this in the mirror practice at home alone, you would secure your palm up to the chin. So look at your own chin and you're going up. So try that 10 times each secure. Step forward, press in, secure, step forward, press in.
The next move for the takedown, where you're going to do is secure. Come up underneath the chin, and you're bringing it up, around towards your back leg and down. So if that's a side view, what that looks like is securing. I'm coming up Bringing the head around and down. So not grabbing the face at all. I'm just going underneath the chin and I'm directing the body underneath the chin.
So we're here up, around and down. Practice that 10 times each. So, here we secure, we're doing the extension, secure stuff in, around and down. Okay, so the footwork for that move, basically, from a side view, looks like this and coming in I secure, I do the heel palm to the face. Notice I'm stepping in, and then I'm rotating my feet. So I'm bringing the hand up, and I'm rotating and stuffing, and bringing that person down to the ground.
Okay, I'm securing this whole time because if I let go, then they can just step away. All right. So try that out 10 times and keep on going. Alright, good job.
