Next time that we're going to do is a chokehold. Something very important for you to know is that you only have four seconds to react before your company gives us. A lot of people don't know that. So that's not a lot of time. All right, so got our Hello. You're holding your fingers together.

And basically it's like a fork. You don't want to move it or anything like that I don't want to come down, it's just gonna stay straight. He's grabbing, and I'm taking my left hand or right handed doesn't matter. So basically, if my right foot forward That means my left hand is secured. It's my left foot is forward, my right hand is secure. So we're doing this where my left foot is that my left hand is securing.

I have my fingers in scouts honor, and then I'm facing him, but I want to be facing you. So I'm going to come in, and you're going to turn and extend out and notice my reach. So if you're somebody who has extremely long arms, like he has long arms, so if you're doing this during anything not know, so I'm just going to come up here and turning in and then down and you can take the person to the ground there. If you need to take your fingers and you're poking straight in. This actually feels worse than if I was just resting my hand here. So definitely something to remember.

And then a lot of people when they're doing this Home, and they have a friend or they have a family member that they're doing this with. They really don't want to hurt them. And I want you to rent them either but I do want you to actually try them. So that you know it works. So if you're at home, like I said you're traveling and securing, I'm coming in, stepping in, stepping in towards him. And my right leg is stepping in my right hand is going in.

I'm poking and extending out. face to face. So here in district, okay, try it one more time. Open straight in here and hope no, turn your shoulder. Good. Yes.

Good. All right. Yeah. Feel good? I feel like I should do that software is so difficult to because especially if it's somebody you know, because it might be someone who you know, attacks you, and you might be drunk. There's a lot of different reasons of something that might happen.

You need to know that you're going to be able to defend yourself and those that I'm teaching, they don't kill people. They will make sure that that person isn't harming you. But it's something where you still have to start to try it. Yeah. So again, we're going to do a chokehold and a leg with anything if I'm freaking out, I'm like, oh my gosh. Whoa, what am I gonna do?

I'm just gonna sit here and we have a sketch here. hear some light here coming in. Okay, so I'm here and coming straight to the armpit. Let me just tell you, no one wants to be touched in the armpit. It's kind of like the grossest places. I always apologize to everybody for not wanting to touch my head because I'm like, sweaty and gross.

Anyway. Try it out. Here. and poke. Yeah. See, you're coming up.

How did you feel about your offers? Yeah. Okay. So that's the reason why I'm teaching you multiple because I want to make sure that if something's not working, you can switch up and you can do something different. Here, if he's coming in this, I'm freaking out like, Oh my god, lay in his arm. They're so long you can't get to him, then I want him to be closer to me.

This helps if I'm short too. So if I'm shorter, he's a lot taller. He's towering over me. I'm going to take my hand in a cup of motion. And I'm just going to come down his elbow. So I'm here and come down.

Now suddenly, he's down. How awesome is that? Throw that you learned earlier. Ah, thank you so much. All right. So now the reason why I'm usually showing you the risk grows because it's possible that somebody is going to grab you and drag you away.

But it's more likely if you're a lot younger. If you're older, and showing you these moves because it's basic, it's easier for you to learn from the risk throw. If I started out with a chokehold, you're going to be focused on somebody choking you, which might freak you out. Okay, good. Yeah. And here again, he's coming in and choking.

And let's say again, I'm freaking out. This is not working. He's got like, a death grip. And I will tell you, not every move I'm teaching you right now works for everybody. You have to switch it up. That's why we shouldn't use so many varieties.

So if one's not working, don't give up on one. Keep on going. You want to move through so if another one's not working to keep moving, again, we have to change. I'm going to come up and there's a pressure point every one fourth an inch on the jawline. So let's say I forget everything. All I have to do is hitchhiker them and I'm coming up and I can jab anywhere on his jawline.

But since I'm so close, I'm going to come up and I'm securing my hand on his head, which he's probably not expecting. And then I'm going to come up with my thumb behind the ear. If you feel behind your ear, there's a little soft spot on the ball where it needs to draw in. So you're going to come up with that thumb and come straight up into the head. So Eric, a secure first. All right, you're going to step in.

Okay. Yeah. So you secure come up. I want you to come up. So feel right here. So another one is that chokehold and the chokehold or somebody coming in and you're doing that scouts honor thing.

So first thing I want you to do to practice I want you to have your fingers weld together. And then I want you to have this hand up like this and the defensive posture, but somebody's grabbing you pretending somebody's grabbing you. First thing you do secure. Second, scouts on third, stepping in fourth, I'm turning my shoulder. So I'm facing a 90 degree angle and turning 90 degrees. And then I'm hoping you're pressing in.

How that will look again is step one, secure. Step two. If this leg and this hand are going forward, you're stuffing and I'm facing you but then I'm going to be facing To my left, so whatever hand is secure that society that I'm going to go to a towards at a 90 degree angle. First you don't have to decide sound effects like me, but this is great. So you want to do that 10 times and here, scouts honor step again. Poke.

Okay. Poke, poke. All right. The next one you're learning is the zinger. So this one somebody is grabbing you this could be a chokehold. This could be a lapel grab.

You can even do it if somebody is grabbing your arm. But for this purpose, we're securing and I'm coming in with my trigger, thumb and jabbing up. So, practice, do that 10 times, job. Secure, up, secure up. Okay, what you can do if you need to, is you can set this up, maybe with a chair or something along those lines. And you'd have that ready to go.

Then you would hear your thumb and your jabbing up into a pillow just so that you can feel the impact. It's not a body, but it's still something. So then you can get adjusted to actually doing this. A lot of people in my class, they keep on saying, Oh, I don't want to hurt you so they don't really try it out, even on me, so I have to get them to that point. They understand that they have to at least try it out on me, because they're not going to know what it feels like otherwise, and they might not go all the way when they really need to. So 10 times in sequence, do this, they'll be good to go.

Cupping your hand and you're coming in, down at their elbow. So, if you have someone at home, that's great, by all means, use that person. You can come up down there. Or if you are alone, you can try it out on your own elbow. Here. I can do that 10 Times up.

Someone's grabbing me have my hand up, down on their elbow here. Okay. Again Do you want to do that? Remember every one fourth of an inch on your jawline. So what I want you to do to practice this is see here you're going in the mirror and you're actually looking at yourself, holding on to the side of your head. I've got the hitchhiker thumb.

I'm pressing up. Oh, that's Yeah. Oh, Yeah, that hurts. But I want you to practice on yourself because if you feel it if you feel uncomfortable, you'll know more about where other people are going to feel uncomfortable. Or you can always practice on a trusted friend or partner. Mind you, I want you to go through a couple of things like slapping out the slapping having them slap themselves when they are in pain versus slapping you not good.

So yeah, slap themselves when they're feeling pain and you stop or, you know, going through just, you know, basics of stances and everything else because they can be learning this to where they're offsetting their feet. So that's good. There's that little pressure point behind your ear. It's that soft part of the year. Just put your finger back there. Press.

So you're going to take your thumb and you're going to press up until you feel a little bit of pain. Basically that there, that's a really great, really great pressure point to use. Again, how I showed you is you're securing the side of the head, you're coming up and you're twisting up into the head.
