I'm gonna start rambling a bit here on this slide. Because you really blow your mind mortgage companies use a combination of three scoring methods FIFO 95, cycle four and cycle five. That is one of the reasons why a credit report from each of the three bureaus could have exactly the same information and you would get three different credit scores. Let's take a look at this. They say the most widely used version is FICO eight. But if you're going for a home loan, down here, versions used in mortgage lending, you see that's not the case.
The newly released version cycle nine as you see above when used for credit card processing, or decisioning version versions used in auto lending That's not what they use. They use various versions. Each version is different. Why is this allowed? But it is. So I'm not here to criticize I guess.
I'm here to just teach. And that is that each item or an item that you're purchasing, whether it be an auto, a home loan, or if you're applying for a credit card, use different systems, and each one with the exception of home loans, can use one Bureau to bureau or three bureaus.
