Hello and welcome to the final step in your journey to becoming a nonsmoker. Again, you have come so far and if you're watching this video, I want to say a big well done to you. You've gone from wanting to stop to choosing to work in the simple steps to remove your fear, desire, and you're aware of your mental triggers. You know what awaits you as you take that final step to being free from the nicotine addiction? Because the truth is, you have been addicted to nicotine the whole time that you've been smoking. Now I want you to stop smoking, not because it's slowly killing you or fight for financial freedom from it.
I want you to stop because you are not giving anything up. And I want you to enjoy your life. It isn't difficult to quit. It's not painful, and you know that it's all in your mind and that it isn't doing anything for you. You know that substitutes willpower and putting down will not work. And the only way to truly be free is to stop.
And the best time to stop is right now, as you cannot wait for the perfect time because that time does not exist and it will never come. The time is now. You shouldn't have any desire or want or need left in you right now to smoke. If you do, then I suggest that you ask yourself why that is and why you may need to go back and rewatch the video relating to that question as there might be something in there that you've missed in your journey. So if you haven't already done so, I would like you to please smoke your final cigarette now. If today is not the date that you set for yourself, then that's okay.
All I ask is that you stick to your plan and smoke your last one on that date. The best thing to remember when you smoke your final cigarette If you're still unsure, then it's okay. Most of us are. I only smoked half of my final cigarette because I really didn't want any more of it. Just remember you will see the results and have a positive outlook on your new life as a nonsmoker, you can and will do this. You may wonder why you're actually having the last one of you don't even want one.
Reason is you're confirming what you already know that you no longer desire the cigarette or any form of nicotine. If you have any moments where you think about smoking, and you get a little mental trigger, saying it's time for one you just know to tell that thought right back. No thanks. I'm a happy nonsmoker. You will face a situation at some point that you would have usually gone straight for your cigarettes, and you realize that it actually passed you by but you didn't smoke and You didn't even think about smoking. That's what I call your freedom moment.
You'll see that you don't need it and you're a strong confident person who has no need for nicotine in any form. You will not need to question your decision at all because you know that you've made the right one. Once you finish that final cigarette, then congratulations, you are officially a non smoker. You are not trying to quit because there is nothing to give up. You're a nonsmoker and you don't need it, because it does nothing for you at all. I am so happy for you.
Congratulations once again. I'll see you in the next module.
