Hello, and welcome to the Choose into stop module of the simple stop smoking formula. In this module, we're gonna look back to the beginning and where it all began for you and many other smokers just like you. And we're going to look at how you started, why you started, and how society has and still does influence our views on smoking. In case you missed the welcome video, when you started the course, I did just want to go over the one rule or one instruction I'd like you to follow while you're going through this course. And I used to please continue to smoke as you do on a day to day basis, maybe use e cigs or vapes or something like that. So maybe you're not always using the cigarettes, but please do continue to use them as normal.
And Reason being away to have taken the simple formula before you choose to stop. And because if you don't, it's highly likely that you'll either struggle to maintain it, not finish the course or start smoking again, and an industry short period afterwards. And that's not my intention with this, my intention is to help you stop forever. and choosing to stop does go hand in hand with wanting to stop. So as long as you want to stop that I could certainly help you with that. If you feel you should stop, but you don't want to stop, then I'd maybe advise you to possibly Park this course until you feel that you're ready or you reach that point in your life that you genuinely do want to stop.
Because at the end of the day, this is all about choice. You've made that choice to improve your life and the lives of those around you. I can't tell you how happy I am for you.
