And it's just a great way to ensure your your employees appreciate and value the benefit program, the investment you're making in the benefit program. And it's really just communicating your benefit program. It's not that complicated at all. You have a broker or plant advisor involved in your employee benefit program with that person put them to work for you.
They can meet with your employees toolbox meeting or an after hour one or whatever is going to work. Sometimes the employee ORS like to actually have the spouses if the if the workforce is more so that the the ladies are taking care of the details for the guys, then having them come to this meeting makes sense. And what you discuss is really what the benefits are. So what the benefits are How you claim how you use those services, how you get the best value out of the program, those sorts of things, how you use the electronic tools that the insurer has to offer. There's great tools that all of the insurers do that are, you know, great in terms of getting better value, good age to help you with your health and health management, those sort of things. So it's a simple solution, you just basically determine when is the most effective time to do that sometime people want to do it, employers want to do it during the day, sometimes it's an evening or early morning sort of session.
And then you have your advisor generally gonna lead the charge for you explain the benefits, how they work, and especially stress you as the employers contribution towards those benefits. Why not? further, I mean, you might say, well, I can do that all myself. I understand the benefits well enough, but your advisor or this is what I normally do, I can certainly say things that you might not be comfortable saying saying that Gee, your employer also pays for er And Canada Pension and workers comp these other things and in addition, chooses to have this Employee Benefit Program. And this is the cost sharing that your employer puts towards these benefits. So it's just a great way to explain the benefits help people get better value out of them, help them, appreciate them more and in so doing, maximize the value of the investment you're putting into that Employee Benefit Program.
