Walk the talk, this one is a lovely one to do. It kind of gives an identity to you. Whenever we talk, we need to walk that walk not only on stage, when I used to teach models I used to teach them you make the clothes look good. The clothes don't make you look good. When I used to put them on to stage, the way you would see them on stage would be the way that you see them off state friends would find me and SAS or some of your models in the mall today. And I said how do you know it's my model?

Sean just the way they walk in they carry themselves. The way that you carry yourself must be equal to the way that you talk. As people are going to think you fake especially to see you offstage and the next second you're onstage in your total different persona. You need to be living the life that you're talking. You must pick a image that you are comfortable with something that you can be. Some people will always wear scrubs like always scrubs in the winter.

I always wear black for me it's a good icon. It's a good image. I like to wear black and I like to wear leather. So what you do is you create your style you don't dress to the other way that the people want you to trace to so if I'm going to go speak to surfers, I'm not going to wear pink and orange and that kind of stuff when it comes to acting. It's a different story but when it comes to being me, as a public speaker, pick something you like some people wear special hat, it's that kind of special thing that makes you you and makes you unique and it gives you a lot of confidence specially when you're standing in front of people now that you pick up your style, you can change so I like different things and as I say I like leather.

This is one of the jackets I wear and this is a denim jacket made out of leather. It's a leather jacket made to look like a denim jacket. I don't know how you would call it but there it is. I will wear this jacket in different situations, not necessarily on stage but if I'm going to be seen in public are marked with a pair of jeans, I'm going to wear this jacket. Then I have a jacket that's leather but it's also towards suit. So I'll wear this jacket it's an in between this one our way to kind of informal situations or if I'm going to go out for the day and I don't really want to wear the suit and kind of impress people or just not necessarily want to be noticed and this is how I will dress and then come winter and those special occasions we are really want to make an impression where people are really going to remember me is this is my baby.

Now do you have another one we it's about your network, the Kuma mafia code, but this one is the one that I like to be spatially in winter. Oh, we're to the polar Nick, and I'll put a scarf around. Sometimes I'll wear my suit and I'll use this as a rain jacket. There we go. Now you got to remember is to be able to carry something like this, it is about your posture. Now, if you watch how the guys teach you how to grow up as parents, what do they say is they say to you need to pull your backside in right backside and then they tell you, they want you to pull your shoulders back.

So you put your shoulders back, then they say chest up. And now they tell you turn up. So now what happens is the practice when you get to about 18 years old, I think I've got it right, but my mother was very center. Again, to do that. What we are going to do is I'm going to teach you how do you take care of your posture? As I was teaching you in other one way, our contact is important.

And the eyes are the windows to the soul, but people who are not having our contact with you other people that are going to be watching you. How do I speak to this person knowing that my posture if somebody's taking a photo graph of me that my posture is taken care of from the side. So this is how we do it. Plain and simple. You fill your lungs up with a full set of lungs and that's where you stay when you empty you empty down from 100% to 70% be an amazing thing is now when you stand like that, put a jacket on. Watch what happens.

I put my jacket on and look at sets. So it's like a coating. Whatever I'm going to wear fits me good and it stands straight. Now the thing is for you, you will always stay in straight when you breathe out of a full set of lungs, not from 50 watts. But from 100% down to 70. As a very good friend of mine said, shown to fix your back, walk around as if you own the world.

And this is how We would walk around as if we own the world. Till next time the power of this dream brings you here Sean, Colorado.
