Recall the quick activity that we did at the beginning of this course. I asked you to write down five reasons why you would do a job or five things you would expect to get from your job. Now, I want you to identify all of the things that you have written into financial or non non financial things. And I want you to figure out where do they fall in the Maslow's need hierarchy theory, which means where do they fall in the categories of means not that you have completed the course. You know, that business organizations use these factors to satisfy an employee by fulfilling their needs. Once these things are fulfilled, the employee is automatically satisfied and is willing to stay in the company.
We have already seen This example that we have taken for Maslow's theory. So this little activity helped you in understanding the mindset of an employee. And after taking this course, I'm sure you will be able to satisfy the financial and non financial needs of your employee and retain them and the organization for a long time. So here's the key takeaway from this little activity that we just did. every node can be classified into one of the nodes which was mentioned in the Maslow's need hierarchy theory. So, this means that each need of the employee could be satisfied with the non financial or financial incentives, which means that you can retain all of the employees who are performing well into your company by satisfying their means, but first you need to identify which Their prime meet and how they are willing to satisfy that need, and then help them accordingly so that you'll be treating them for the longest possible time in your organization.
