Here's a quick activity for you before we begin the course, if you're a business owner or an entrepreneur, I want you to imagine yourself as an employee for a moment and then do this activity. You can grab a notebook, or your mobile phone, or even the laptop to write down. So here's what I want you to write five reasons why you would do a job or five things you would expect to get from your job. These things could be anything, whether you want more money, financial stability or something which is non financial. You can write anything that you want from your job. By the end of the course, you will know how these things have a major impact on the behavior of an employee and how companies use these factors to retain the employee in the organization.
