Now we're going to talk about the emails that you can't answer fully yet, because you're waiting for more information, or they might be emails that are for tasks that are going to be well in the future. In these cases, in most cases, you're going to want to put these emails into the pending folder. Now, before you put them in the pending folder, you're going to want to reply quickly to the person and say, I need to hear back from the supplier, I'll be able to I should be able to give you an answer by Tuesday, something along those lines, then you put it in the pending folder, you'll need to have either a habit or a system for Checking the pending folder on a regular basis, perhaps weekly, perhaps twice a week, or just set a task with a due date in your task management system to check your pending folder on a regular basis and that way you know, it'll be handled.
