The fourth key to success is a positive learning experience. And we're talking about mealtimes here. You know, meal time is quoted as one of the most stressful moments that parents have to experience in their daily life. And it doesn't have to be that way. I want you guys to start off in the right foot. So mealtime should be one of the best memories and best experience that baby will have.
Because mealtime is about connecting with family members. It's about communication. It's about socializing, and it's about enjoying a good meal together. It's not about how much baby is eating or if he is eating vegetables or not. It's not about distracting them with an iPad or iPhone so that they can eat more vegetables. Really, you want to be connecting with each other.
So again, no distraction. At mealtime and keep it positive so that it can facilitate beings learning. And he'll be more than willing to try new foods and those those environments and you get to enjoy babies milestones you get to watch baby to follow feeding skills, eating different types of foods. You'll be amazed how much they can handle on their own. So remember, keep mealtime positive. No arguments, no negotiations, no pressure for baby to be eating certain foods.
