Hello creators of life. I'm talking about emotions. Yes, Karen class in here talking about emotional mastery. There's a lot of chaos going on in the world. And we're meant to feel it all and then rise up. And as easy as that is to express, it can be a difficult and challenging journey.

So to simplify your emotions to really understand your emotions is to know that you only have one emotional field, one emotional field that consists of two ends of a spectrum. So you have love, which I call above the line and then you have fear below the line. And from this point forward, I recommend you Use your emotions as your eternal internal guidance system. So if you're feeling uncomfortable in your skin means your thoughts are incorrect and you're vibrating below the line, you're vibrating in the fear frequency, right? If you're feeling happy about yourself in your life, it means that your thoughts are in alignment with the truth of who you are, and then you're vibrating in what I call this freedom frequency. Now remember, emotion is energy in motion.

And this energy flows through every cell of your physical body. And listening to your inner guidance system means you're tuning in to how you feel in your body in the present moment. And how you feel either represents the vibration of ease which is above the line or the vibration of disease. So if the energy in your body is negative, negatively Charge rate, it means you're out of ease. And then you're being, you're being reminded to stop to change your perspective on the situation on the conversation that you're having. For example, when you're feeling depressed, you're allowing your thoughts to control you.

And this is not your fault. Many of us have not been educated on how our mind works and how our emotions work in our body. That's why I'm offering these videos to enlighten you so that you begin to see how truly powerful you are. Now, a great analogy or visual is to see a center pole. And this pole is now going to represent your higher self, your soul, your connection to source to connection to the universe, right. And then there's a second poll on this is a smaller pool and this is going to be represent you.

And you're connected to this larger pool by an elastic band. So, as you move away right from your soul from the source of who you are, as you pull away from your spiritual center of gravity, the more you're going to feel that tension right on that elastic band. This is when you're going to be feeling stress, anxiety and overwhelm, anger, frustration, all those perceived negative emotions below the line. And when you the reason why you're feeling tension is because you're having these negative thoughts, right? You're feeling negative emotions. And that means that you believe something's missing in your life.

Something's not right. You're fighting against life, which will show up as negative emotions, reminding you that your thinking is is inaccurate. And we when we feel disconnected or stressed is because of a point of view that we're taking on because of what you're choosing to think. So what you are really feeling is the distance between your true self, your soul, your higher self, and who you're being. And so are you are you pulling when you pull away, you're pulling away farther and farther and farther away from your true center. And as you shift into being more in gratitude, more love, more compassion, more centered in who you are, and you begin to come back to the truth of who you are, right?

So the further you pull away, you're going to feel negative emotions. And the more you center yourself and your soul, you're going to feel happier. So you can definitely release an emotional charge. It has humilated over months or years, and we can do this by shedding tears. Yes, shedding tears is so powerful, especially when we're shedding tears, not from a disempowered place, not from a place of Oh, poor me, Howard from a place of empowerment and I'm gonna be talking about that tomorrow. You're here to feel your emotions.

You're here to drop down your knees and cry if you need to. Because when you do, you bring yourself back into alignment, right? If you're not able to bring yourself out through thinking positive thoughts and shifting your mindset. So knowing that all negative emotions are necessary is their reminders to call me back to center. It means you're, you're off course. So when you stray too far left or too far by, you're going to be experiencing suffering, you're going to be experiencing emotional pain.

Because of the way you're perceiving or thinking about your life, and your emotions are telling you that your negative thoughts are in correct. Your emotions are like that, that those red flags you know, it's guiding you back to clarity, right? Like this way this way, hey, come back this way. Your emotions are a guidance system and this system was put into place to bridge you and your higher self. So your emotions are the communicator between your physical world and source. To know that source.

Universe is love and the universe lives inside of you. Love is your center of being right. So when you're in alignment, it means your emotions and your mind and your spirit are all in alignment. Your point of view is one of truth when you're here And feeling really good. But the truth is, is that you are an amazing, brilliant and they never been divine human beings. And yes, we can forget.

And that's when we're leaving a little lines we just forget we just forgot who we truly are and we just need to get above the line and remember go Oh yeah, I'm amazing, easy. This is all powerful you are. You're not here to be afraid of your emotions. They are a gift from your higher self. Okay, so really these words in and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
