Hello and welcome to the next module Module Three, staying motivated. Now what stops most people from writing their book is fear. Now in order to write your book from an empowered place, it's important to reclaim your own personal power and live above the line. Now what do I mean about living above the line, I have an incredible exercise that I want you to take part in because it will really show you how your mental and emotional and spiritual energies inside your body dictate your every day life. Okay, we're going to need is a piece of footstep paper and a pen. And then I'm going to want you to draw a vertical line on the side and a horizontal line in the middle of page.
And what you're going to write here is I'm going to write out all Have the negative emotions that you may be experiencing and saying yes to write in your book. And it can be actually all negative emotions or native qualities that you may be experiencing in your relationship or your business and life in general. Maybe last week, last month last year, and that can be anger, resentment, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, it can be manipulation. It can be where you're feeling judged criticism. Not good enough. And I want you to know, pause the video and just complete your list of all the negative emotions that you can think of that maybe are holding you back.
And this is about you getting real and being honest with yourself, is actually As you allow yourself to see these emotions on paper, then we can breathe through and learn how to release these emotions and negative qualities that you may be experiencing so that you can experience higher level qualities and emotions. Okay? So now what I want you to do here in this area is to write out all of the positive emotions, or the positive qualities you want more of in your life. So just, you know, see yourself in the future, your books already published, and people are buying your book from all over the world. you're receiving emails from people saying, thank you so much for writing your book. You've changed my life in so many ways.
And from that place, how do you feel right so you can write joy, you feel love, you feel connected. Do you feel passionate inspired, empowered, right you feel a level of integrity you feel whatever it is, that are the emotions and qualities you want to feel more of in your life even starting today, what do you want which one to bring into your life right? Or community or happiness, more laughter more fun, whatever that is for you. And you can pause the video here. Now, once you have listed all of your negative emotions and positive emotions, I want you to write here fear based consciousness or fear based emotions. Now all these negative emotions here are fear based because underneath all fear based emotions, Is are all sort of underneath all negative emotions is fear.
So if you look at anger, for example, underneath anger is sadness and sadness is fear. So when you can get to that place of being honest with yourself to say, Okay, I'm feeling all these emotions because I'm feeling so much fear inside of me. And the fears are represented by you feeling. The fear of being judged the fear of being criticized the fear of not being liked the fear of missing out. And there's so many fears, right, the fear of not knowing enough. And so knowing that this is a fear based energy, I fear based frequency, I call it the fear frequency.
This is really not who you are. This is the collective consciousness of 7 billion people on the planet. So this here is Is your true divine nature your authentic self here. So all these beautiful emotions that are high frequency emotions are actually inside of you. This is about you, opening up to receiving more of these higher energies. And these energies are working are what's going to be the energy that motivates you to continue writing your book.
Now you are going to feel these energies below the line Absolutely. But knowing you have the power inside of you, I do believe that your book is actually your therapy or your your calling to help you move through the lower realm here. Now as human beings, we actually take this emotional rollercoaster right, every day of our life. And we have all these energies living inside of our body all the time. We just don't really know how to handle them. And most time, what we do is we project it out into the world.
And this is why I created my book living in the freedom frequency to help people live above the line. And when you're above the line, everything will begin to look and feel different than when you were below the line. So just know that you're going to be having this emotional rollercoaster on your journey of writing your book, but just know that you are more than your fear. This is about you connecting to your inner brilliance, your inner author, which I'm going to be taking you on to into some really empowering, guided meditations coming up to help you move through your emotional rollercoaster so that you stay committed to writing your book.
