Hello, in this segment I'm going to talk about preparing the outline of your book. Now your outline will offer you invaluable structure and the guidance that you need to write in your first draft. Remember to never be afraid to explore new ideas even though you're creating an outline, your outline may change over time. But this is a great place to begin. Now your outline is going to be a map showing you the route to your destination which is the completion of your book. And the benefits of writing outline are that is gonna really happy to find your goals help you stay focused, see your story from start to finish.
And it really helps you stay motivated. structure is so important because it's like the banks of the river and your writing is the flow of the river and helping you to stay on focus to that abundant ocean where everyone is reading In your published book, so this is about you creating the banks, the river, and you do that with this outline as well. Now, you don't need to spend huge amounts of time in creating an outline, do some prep work, before writing will be time well spent, so that you're not spinning your wheels and staring at a blank screen. Now, when you start with a plan, you're uncomfortable, unconsciously make connections and think about your draft, even when you're not actively writing. So it's really important to make sure you have posted notes or, you know, pieces of paper or notepads around the house or the office pens.
In those moments for brilliance, just bubbles up to the surface right now, an outline can really help you organize your research as well. And once you have a plan to write your book in outline form, you'll be better able to then These thoughts to paper and then compose your chapters. When you begin to sit down to write.
