Welcome back to 20 moves in 20 days. Today we're going to talk about Diggy J's, you kind of got a sneak peek at it yesterday because a PK is similar to a DJ to use some of the same sort of motions. So I'm excited to share with you DJs today. Okay, so like we talked about yesterday, when you go through a tom Do you and lift your leg just a little bit further up, that's called a Diggy. Shea. So you're still thinking of going through that flat half full, but now I'm also lifting so a seamless DJ is going to look like this going to go out and in and out.
And in, out and in, out and in? Yes. So I'm thinking of brushing my leg just a little bit off the ground doesn't have to be super high. If you want to be super technical about it, think about 30 degrees off the floor. But, you know, just a little bit off the floors is just a good rule of thumb. So we're going to go up, I'm still thinking of using all of my turnout, I am articulating my feet slowly pointed feet every time.
I'm coming straight back in, and at no point in time, am I letting either leg bend? Yes, that's nice and straightforward. Like so. Okay, so we're going to do this in a little combination, we're going to do two database, the front, two to the side, to the back to to the side again. So again, this is on a quad. And we're going to do two in each direction.
So we have one, end close to end quote, side, one, and close to end, close back one, and close to and close, and side and close, side and close. Now you may have noticed that I have a very crisp quality with my database. So now you can do deg j is where they have a bit of a more Sweet Emotion, like so. Yeah, so we're just kind of all motions together. But I'd like to refer to that is here your options for breakfast. You can either do oatmeal, and it's just, it's no good, it's nutritious, whatever.
But it's just sort of machine it all kind of blends together. Or you can have bacon, right, which is amazing, and it has a sizzle to it. And that's exactly what you want to think about with your DJs. Also, I use a ton of food illustration. So don't take the course when you're hungry because you'll just get more hungry. Okay, so again, I'm really thinking of having a stopping point.
You can think of it this also as a picture moment, but I have a stopping point before I come back, stop and in stop, and it also a stopping point was a very good pun, because you want to make sure your foot is fully pointed. And that's the stopping place or point. So bonus. Okay and that is your take shape. Make sure you practice to both sides and I will meet you back here tomorrow for a new move.
