Well, by now you understand that every one of these modules is an entire course in itself. In fact, I have multiple courses around all of these areas. But I want to give you giving you this overview. So you're beginning to master. The ability to overcome stress by responding use stressfully in the six areas, not distressed fully. So in this module, we've looked at the whole area of getting centered.

We've discussed how we could potentially not be centered and we looked at some of the characteristics of that so you have a sense on where you are. Then we went into the whole idea of how do we become centered. I told you my story about the lady, very sharp lady on on a flight and artists gushin around that, and challenge you to really think through what was the core of your life, what was on the throne of your life, and to go deep in that area. And then, in this last session, we talked about how you cultivate being centered as a way of life through meditation. Again, transcendental meditation, which has value you empty your mind, that's important to do at times just to be at rest, but especially Hebraic meditation, which is filling your mind with principles because as a man thinks in his heart, so he or she becomes we become what we think about and feel about starting with our mind.

So very important that we fill our mind with the right stuff. Remember, junk in junk out. Good stuff in good stuff out. So you're trying to feed your habits, starting with right thoughts, and we're going to talk about this in our final session about how We turn this into a lifestyle going forward. Then we we also focused in on the importance of integration. And I gave you those four steps for integrating your life practicing on a weekly basis, this process of being intentional, we get in more trouble because we're not intentional about doing the right things, or we're too lazy or unaware.

And I want you to be intentional. I want you to be focused on doing the right things in the right way. So you can bring them up, you can put them to work and create a system around that. So success starts to become a norm for you a habit for you and not just general success, I mean, holistic, authentic success. So you're living a complete whole full, fruitful, abundant life. And so you're living a life of great contribution and learning to give back make a difference, leaving a positive lasting legacy.

Now, what I want you to do, as you think about this module is keep drilling down on what it means to be centered. One of the exercises I would challenge you to do is go around to five people you admire, and simply say, I've been taking this course, on dealing with stress and one of the issues is having a right view toward my inner life by getting centered. And, and Ron Jensen shared with us this circle and a control, thrown, and he said, something's controlling our life. Something's the boss of our life. And he's challenged us to determine what that is. So I'm asking five people admire, what's their core, what's at the center of your life, what's on the throne of your life, and let them talk?

And they may go, I have no idea. What do you think? Or what's good for you? That'd be a great discussion to have, because this needs to be a journey for you. So you come to grow Develop, look at the A athlete of Alcoholics Anonymous. And other groups like this over the years have developed tremendous steps for overcoming these problems that in one form or another we all have.

And their secret to get there is to simply develop right practices, right steps very much like we're trying to do in the stress area. And one of the key practices is realizing there's a greater power outside of me, that can help me get through these things and give me the energy and the power and the wisdom to move forward. And that's what I'm really challenging you to be able to come up with. My final thoughts about this particular module is this. When you have a glass, if I was holding a glass here and said, and it was empty, I would say what do we have here? And you would say, well, Ron, it's an empty glass.

And I'd say well, how do we not make it not empty? And you would say, well, we fill it up fill it with water, or some liquid. So we fill it up with water. And then I say now what do we have now? And you'd say, Well, we've got a full glass. And I say exactly.

Now, notice, the glass doesn't become full, or an empty by our asking the question, why is it so empty? Why is always empty? How does it become empty? Can we study emptiness? No, it becomes full by are simply saying, Let's fill it up with something of value. And that's true of our lives.

What I want you to understand with us stress is you're not focusing in on the emptiness in your life. Because there are a lot of areas that I'm sure are empty mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually relationally financially, perhaps, I want you to focus in on how you fill that up. So I keep trying to give you proactive intentional technologies and principles that you can put to work. So for each of the six areas I've given you six areas that you six skills you can use to develop the right use stressful response or perspective to each one of those. So just keep remembering, it's not about just evaluating the emptiness in your life. Instead, it's more about filling up your life.

So even as you're thinking about the center of your life, whatever that might be, in my case, of course, I settled the issue, that it would be God years ago, and I have to constantly work it keeping God is central in my life. But I have to work at that not by complaining or griping or grousing, or just letting my bad habits run amok, instead, by intentionally every day, concentrating on how I can make God my God in my life, to rule me to give me wisdom and joy and power. And that is the most liberating powerful thing in the world. And honestly, I succeed sometimes and I fail sometimes, but it's a constant process. And I keep working toward developing core skills and habits that make it a natural way of life. And then I try to be very intentional about growing and developing.

And that's what I want you to do too. So don't concentrate on the empty cup concentrate on filling it up with the right kind of activities and thoughts, and the right kind of behaviors and the days to come. So, this is the end of this particular module. We're going to do one more on conclusion, and then I'm going to show you how you can turn all of this into a way of life.
