And now to finish off our new home, I want to add some patterns up top here on the hat. So I'm going to take a little bit of water on my brush and mix it in with that deep turquoise color that we made. And just add a little here to this Well, I had one little brushstroke of water, maybe a one more brushstroke of pigment. And then I'm going to go in and I'm going to make similar to the way we did these dots, but I'm going to do them in a heart shapes. So I'll start here, make my heart shape, and I want them to be fairly big. So I make my V and then my rounded top.
I'll come over here and do another one. Don't do any Another one here, it might vary the sizes a little, they don't all have to be the same size. I'll continue doing a few of these. Once I have enough done on the top of the hat, I'll come around here, continue down the tail of the hat. And I'm spacing them out fairly well because I want to do another couple of layers, just slightly different. So I'll do two more of these hearts.
Then we'll take a brushstroke of water and add it here to my pigment so it really dilutes it. And I'm going to come and just make outlines of hearts and they're going to intersect somewhat with our filled in hearts. Just going to put a few here and there. went over here and then lastly I'm going to take my brush, get a little bit of water on it, make these teeny tiny little hearts maybe only seven or eight or so. Just here and there. Feeling filling in any open spaces And there we have our second watercolor Valentine gnome
