Now, I need you to listen to the words on this one. I want you to practice slow racing. Those two words don't go together usually slow and racing, but it's helping us become Be mindful and the outcome is calmness and mindfulness. And it's slow racing. Some of my students of all Coke, also called this tortoise walking. So you're bending your knees, depending your hips, you're lowering your center for gravity, and you're going quiet and slow, slow, slow, you almost feel like it might fall over.
And that's how we know you're doing really well. And then turn around and do it all over again. Slow racing, or tortoise walking. How's that feel when you're practicing? I find every time I do it, it calms me down. It gets me to break and disconnect with what I was doing and engaging with doing the hustle with work or fun or fat.
I just don't have mobility issues you your fingers in your fingers. You can slow walk, using your fingers practicing going very, very slowly. So slow racing, calms you down, get you more engaged with your body, get you to break the cycle of what you were doing. Now that's the slow you down. Maybe you're having a sluggish day. So the other thing to do is instead of slow racing, it's heel toe fast.
