I want to talk about an exercise for managing our energy during a crisis during a big stuff event that's happening right now. You can practice in advance. Yes, please. But know that it works very well, when there's something big happening at the moment. So it's a process in a skill set for staying calm and clear headed during challenging situations. It's used by military first responders, emergency room professionals.

I want to bring it to you. So you can use it as well. There's many variations. Here's the one I like. So like belly breathing, breathe in on four. No, pause, exhale.

27654321 Do this for not just one or two times, five minutes 123 4567 in 54321 minus one minus 247. Repeat the following affirmations my mind and body are calm, clear and relaxed. I feel heavy and warm with each breath and with each breath after that I feel heavier and warmer. So one more time turn while praising and on for out on 7654321 floor in no holding Hold on seven. Makes sense. You'll find that if you practice this before you need it, I found it good for helping students with test anxiety.

I've dealt with some friends who had to go to medical tests and they do it just before going through the testing. I've worked with executives who have to go to big meetings where there's a lot of zeros on the agenda for multimillion dollar issues, helps them stay calm and clear headed, so they can deal with what they have to deal with. So turmoil breathing, exceptional way to stay clear headed and calm, and fight anxiety and stress. We have a lot on our plate. So until next time, imagine yourself with more resiliency for life.
