Danny van here with heartfelt awakening. You did it. We made it today 10. Let's get to our lecture notes. Ah, so wonderful that you did all 10 days, congratulations. This is quite an accomplishment.
Especially you know, you're building your own inner trust, you're building your own inner schedule. You're building so many things by committing to yourself. You made the commitment to yourself to follow through on this 10 Day Challenge 10 minutes, twice a day. And really, if you think about it, the challenge itself wasn't really a challenge. The challenge was yourself following through and committing and you did it, you did it. And this energy is going to create So many snowball effects and opening up for you.
So time is the number of completion your completes. However, this is just the end of this challenge, I highly encourage you to keep going, maybe even add a little bit of time, if 10 minutes wasn't enough for you 15 minutes, don't go more than five minutes at a time until you begin to acclimate to that time to be able to sit in stillness, but really 1015 minutes is all you need. And so what I'd like to do is remind you with those questions that you started with, and you're going to go through those questions again, and then we're going to take those numbers from everyone, your private information will be included only the statistical numbers that you give us. We're going to combine those numbers and we're going to it's going to be very revealing to us so thank you I can't thank you enough for, you know, participating and committing to this and thank you so much for being with me during this 10 Day Challenge.
