Who is this challenge for? Who is this challenge not for? How to get the most out of this challenge.
Dan Yvan here with heartfelt awakening, thank you for your interest in joining our 10 day meditation challenge. In this short video, I'm just going to go over who this challenge is for who this challenge is not for, and then how to get the best out of this challenge. Because really, the meditation itself is not the challenge. The challenge is committing to yourself and following through. So let me share my screen real quick with you. And we're going to go over who this challenge is for and who this challenge is not for.
And so here I'm going to put this in Zen mode. I love mind maps. So this 10 day challenge you are committing to 10 days twice a day, sitting in stillness, just being doing nothing for 10 minutes. So who is this challenge for? If you are, you know, looking for bringing your meditation to a deeper level to really connecting, if you've been struggling to make meditation, a regular practice, this is definitely for you. Because it's going to bring you a level of awareness, and how much your awareness and your attention is being drawn away from you, drawn outside of you.
So we're going to focus in on 10 days, I'm going inside, and then you're going to learn consistency. And this carries over into all aspects of your life. When you say yes to something and follow through. This creates more yeses and more follow through. So this is going to create more of this in your life. And then as you start to really get into your practice, you're going to become more Aware of emotional triggers.
And we do have tools to help facilitate this energetic movement within you. One wonderful tool that we use is EFT, and those who are ready to do the work. And what I mean by that is, we are so programmed and conditioned to sometimes react certain ways and completely, we are completely unconscious of it. So we're going to become more conscious of our choices, more conscious of where our reactions are coming from, just from staying in this space of stillness. And so if you're somebody who likes incentives, we definitely have an incentive for you in this challenge. So if you are going to be participating, we are going to be gathering statistics and numbers for this.
So you will be receiving a questionnaire at the beginning and then as you go through 10 days when we're done, you'll be receiving a questionnaire at the end. And so we are gathering those statistics so that we can show where you were, where you are, and what that difference is that is measurable. And many times when we're going through a practice like meditation, we really can't put words to what transformed. And we're going to be able to show you where the transformation is. Because this practice isn't about just the practice. It's about the transformation.
So really quick, who is this challenge not for, you know, if you're the kind of person and I know I definitely have that kind of person within me. shiny object syndrome. Oh, look at this over there. I want to join that I want to do this and I want to do that and you find yourself. It spread out in so many different ways. You must be willing to commit to you for 10 days.
Meditating for 10 minutes, twice a day. But if you're not willing to do that, then please definitely don't sign up because we are gathering statistics. And so if you start in the beginning, and I know I was at a point where I love to start things, and then never finished them, be aware of your tendencies, if you tend to start something and not finish it, then definitely don't sign up for this challenge. But if you're looking for something to help you with commitment and consistency, then definitely this challenge is for you. And if you're just curious, you know, and you're not willing to really make that internal commitment, because it has to start with you. It has to start in your heart.
And if you're not intending to follow through, definitely don't sign up for this. We want you to commit and follow through, and that's when you're going to reap the benefits. So how to get the most out of this challenge. You know, we're going to be sending you a questionnaire. So definitely, we want to take a screenshot of where you are before starting this challenge. And we're going to be asking questions and four areas of your life, your connection to the larger, unseen part of you.
And we're going to also be asking you questions about your connection to your physical illness, your connection to your emotional well being, and your connection to your mental well being. And what this is going to do is create this internal awareness, and it's going to bring a larger perspective from the inside out, and you're going to be able to quantify this shift, and you're also going to be helping me do something that really hasn't been done before, is quantified this journey by using the numbers and so when you get the questionnaire, the questions will be on the pain scale of one to 10. These numbers will be gathered for all of those participating in the beginning, and then going through the 10 days and then asking those questions at the end and measuring that transformation. Because we are not about giving you more information, you already have enough information in your head.
This is about transformation. And transformation starts with a commitment to you. So with this information, I hope that you're going to join us for this wonderful 10 days, 10 minutes twice a day challenge and really the challenge is not about the meditation.
