So today I just want to go over day one and what to expect and what to look for. I'm going to share my screen with you really quick so that I can go over my mind map and show you in Zen mode. How this 10 day with day one, number one you are committing to you.
You are starting out day one, committing to 10 minutes twice a day for yourself. The optional guided meditation download where you can just follow along as I guide you through the 10 minutes and this is completely optional. You do not have To follow along, you can just sit in silence for 10 minutes twice a day. So this option is for you. So what you should have that if you don't send me off an email, and I'll make sure that you get that. And then of course, I want to remind you of an incentive in case you are the kind of person who loves to give yourself incentives to follow through the incentive for the person who does start and finish and engages within the community will have an opportunity to win something worth $555.
And this is a whole month with me one on one, mentoring, transformational mentoring, wherever you are and where you want to go. The whole thing is about 10 and 10 is the number of completion At the end of this 10 day meditation, I want you to feel the two parts of you, the human part of you, that is in constant change movement, never the same and that is our body, our thoughts, our beliefs, our ideas, experience. All of that is in constant movement.
