Danny van here with heartfelt awakening and Welcome today to our 10 day meditation challenge. How are you doing? How was yesterday How is today starting out, I want to know what's going on with you. So I'm going to share my screen here real quick and we're going to talk about day two and you know where you're at where you want to go and here's our mind map, go into Zen mode. Here we go day to day two, it's gonna fly time is going to fly time is constantly moving. So commit to every single day what we're doing, and we're building now on creating inner and outer awareness, awareness, meaning with your eyes close, you can feel aware of what's going on outside of you and what's going on inside.
Have you this is your most precious gift is your awareness. And we're connecting with this awareness. So bring your awareness and expand it out, keep going, you got this. And what I'd like for you to do is start to create an image because the subconscious only communicates through imagery doesn't hear words. For example, if you want to say, I don't want to smoke, the subconscious doesn't hear the word don't, it only hears I want smoke, it doesn't hear don't. So it's kind of like creating a picture, what you're doing is you're creating an image for the subconscious to go and bring what it is you want to you.
We're going to make it so much easier for you to manifest this way, as opposed to chasing after the things you want. It's a very different shift in perception when it comes to manifesting the things you want. So you want to create the image of what you want. This is very important, because imagery is how your subconscious communicates. For example, if I were to tell you don't think of a pink elephant, what do you do? A pink elephant pops in your head.
So we're going to create the imagery that becomes so natural for you. And then when that image comes into your head, you feel it as if it's happening now. So you begin to create this image of what you what you want your future to look like, right now, what does it look like? What does it feel like? What does it taste like? What does it smell like?
Get into some details, with your emotions and with your senses and create this image to imprint onto you. Your future to bring that future to you no longer looking at the past anymore, because when we put our attention on the past, we created into our now and into our future. So we're changing our perception. continue on with your commitments. We are almost done in through day two, you got this Sterling. And, as always, let me know what's going on with you.
