So welcome to my course my courses is basically about strategy about thinking strategically thinking outside the box, thinking about new ideas, but then also about taking decisions and idea without taking a decision is the wish and that doesn't add any value. So how can you translate ideas, strategic thinking into decisions and following those decisions into projects and plans and execution so that it makes you a better person, a better employee, and helps your company to get better. One thing I've learned through tissue more than 15 years is that there's some research which says that, basically about 60% of what you know today, as an individual, happen between zero and four years so when we're very, very little, we learn massively is is very easy to learn. But then from five to 12 year to rent, another 75% So there's not too much room for learning when we're a bit older.

The only way you can learn is when you're presented with something different when you can relate to it. So my way of teaching is based on those principles. So I'm going to provide you some tools and techniques about strategic thinking, decision making, project implementation, and a course where you really learn new skills to do your job better.
